I went to Tranquility for my first time today, and this place deserves nothing less than 5 stars. From the environment down to the friendliness of the staff, this dentist office was top notch.
The intake had some of the most detailed questions pertinent to care I’ve ever seen, and I was asked questions that grasped at what I expected with my care.
I was well attended to by my dentist and assistant during my visit and actually felt listened to and seen!
I didn’t have any additions to my cleaning this time, but I truly was impressed by everything this office has to offer.
I will be back, and part of me wishes I had been going here all of my adult life!

I love this dentistry, I have gone here twice in the last 6 months. I see Kat and I haven't seen anyone else but just her alone she goes above expectations. She is gentle and makes me feel comfortable which makes cleaning and exams easy. Dr. Tsao is amazing too he answers all of your concerns and makes you feel heard. Tranquility is a beautiful, clean and sanitized office. If you have anxiety or PTSD from previous dentist I would 10/10 recommend this office.

the staff here are incredibly kind and really made me feel at ease. it took a little while to get into the actual appointment but it was well worth the wait. They are understandably busy because i’m sure they have lots of return patients! Dr. Sophie just absolutely lit up a room & was the sweetest ever and my dental assistant (i regrettably can’t remember her name but she had long black hair) was SO personable and chatting with her was easy and made me feel way less anxious. they took a genuine interest in me as a person which i feel is rare. i am not even anxious about having to get a cavity filled at my next appointment when i usually would be putting it off for months. I would recommend this place to my best friend!

I’ve only had one appointment, but in that appointment, I already feel great about my decision to change my Dental office to Tranquility. My Denist took his time to ensure he made the best assessment of my tooth, instead of doing work just to do work, which has been my experience in the past. The environment in the office is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and the office is just beautiful. It was the most luxurious dental office I’ve been to.

To be frank, I don’t enjoy going to the dentist in any way shape or form. But going here has changed my perspective. When you walk in, it is warm and inviting. And then you look at the comfort menu, you mean to tell me I get spa like treatment while getting my teeth worked on? Sign me up! But most importantly, as soon as you walk in you are greeted kindly, the dentist technicians are fun, relaxed, funny and informative. And the dentist, are top notch. Finally I have found a dentist office with dentists that don’t make me feel like just another number. They make me feel like they’re listening to me, that what I say matters. I love that they gave me the option of either telling me as they go working on my teeth with each step, or not say anything at all. I opt for them to tell me each step. I did have a lot of questions before my dental work, and even after. I didn’t feel rushed, they (Dr. Wick was the last dentist I saw) sat back and listened to my concerns and fed me with all the information and knowledge that I could possibly hope for.
And when you leave, there is yet another staff member at the desk, asking if my care was what I expected, and they thank me for coming.
From the moment you walk in, to the minute that you leave, it’s inviting, welcoming, warm and a relaxing experience. I have shared my experiences that I have had with Tranquility dental with all my friends and family. And I hope that this review helps anybody that might be scared, this is the place to go!
