Methodical and minimally courteous. My first visit several months ago was great, but the follow-up this week was disappointing. The polishing is usually done last but the hygienist had the assistant do the polishing before the cleaning and it was done with minimal effort and skipping teeth. She even skipped flossing under/around the crown. The hygienist does a good job but was curt and I found her condescending and dismissive.

This was my first appointment/experience and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The facility reminded me of a Spa with the great decor and the fireplace, the staff were extremely pleasant and thorough, and the Dentist listened carefully to everything that I said and listened to my concerns and issues. I'm thankful that I was told about this facility and hope that all my future appointments are just as pleasant.

Thank you to MADDIE & DR. COCKRELL & PETRA! This was the best dental office experience of my life. We were taken care of in every aspect and treated with such kindness. Actually looking forward to forward visits here. I wish every dental office could be like this one.

I have a fear of going to the dentist and have delayed it for a few years due to my fears.
DR Ararat was very gentle & reassuring. The staff offers great customer service! They also offer a menu of comforting services to make your visit less stressful. For me It's worth the hour and a half drive to Tranquility Dental Wellness!

I came here because I wasn't pleased with the new dentist that took over for my dentist who retired. I'm so happy I switched over to Tranquility Dental. Immediately from the time I called to make an appointment I felt good about my choice. It was pleasant from the intake call to the cleaning to the consultation. I'm so happy I found a dentist that I can stay with.
