LOL I just read all the 1 and 2 star reviews below - they are 100% accurate. We stopped by before a Celtics game for a drink - it was the only bar near TD Garden that was not packed, in fact it was empty! That in itself was a red flag. We sat down, no one approached us for 10 minutes and then finally someone showed up with menus.. and an old couple "excuse me guys, this table is for them but I can get you a table if you need one"
The ENTIRE place was empty, we were the only ones sitting at a table, there were maybe 10 people sitting at the bar, every other table was EMTPY, but I guess they HAD to sit where we were sitting. Sure we moved. We pretty much stood there after that for another 5-7 minutes waiting for her to find us a table, not sure if she was blind or what. Finally the manager was passing by and I had a word with him. He sat us down right there. Waited another 15 minutes until someone was around to take our order, and we had to go get her!
I wont even talk about the "nachos" lol but what a service man, it was so bad that we just starting laughing at it. Not sure how they are still in business, but given the amount of 1-star reviews they don't have much time left.response / report this review -

Service was slow and the waiter was not knowledgeable about the food items. I had to ask after 15 minutes of being seated for a waiter to come and greet me. By the time my food came (way later), I had still not even received silverware.

Only place that had seating right before Celtics on Friday 11-10. Menu limited, buffalo chicken dip gooey but very little chicken. Ceaser salad and burger were great. Hostess needs to take a deep breath and try to be nicer instead of being put out. Waitress Sarah, we have had before she is awesome.

Don’t come here for a Saturday Bruins or Celtics game when Virgina Tech is playing. This bar prefers to cater to VT fans over Boston sports fans.

Absolutley horrible service before the Bob Seger show! Over an hour wait to get our food! Way under staffed and not prepared to handle the crowd at all. Very disappointing! Extremely limited menu compared to what it used to be. 2 appetizer options, 4 or 5 burger options, 4 or 5 "Sammy" options and two sides..fries or rings.
That being said, the Manager did try to "make it right" by discounting the bill but I would much rather get good service, good food in a nice atmosphere. None if those hereat leaat on this night! Do yourself a favor and go next door to Fours or around the corner to Tavern in the Square, or Boston Beer Works. Won't be back..ever.response / report this review -

Very nice waitress but extremely inattentive. Food came out cold and no utensils to eat it with and had to wait another 15 minutes before the waitress came by so that I could tell her then had to wait for more food. My husband was finished eating by this time. Ordered a last round of beers and evidently she forgot, we waited 23 minutes before finally going inside ourselves and was waiting to order from the bar and get our check from them when she walked by and I ordered the beers again from her along with the check. Ridiculous

Stop here for a bite and drink before heading to the garden. Bar tender was very friendly, but food service was a little slow. Overall experience was as expected. Cheap drinks, decent food.

Best sports bar in Boston. Great for Celtics games and football Saturdays and Sundays. $3 22oz Coors Light special.

Love this place. Great location. Great drinks. Great food. Great staff. Awesome TV views and game selections. Great to watch UFC Fights. Trendy crowd. A must have place to be if your in the city.
