Attended a Birthday Party for a friend's kid at Sport Bounce of Loudoun. This place does have enough bounce equipment for kids older than 2, but I would watch my 2 year old as the slides do look challenging for a 2 year old. Plus there are always older kids running around and it is best to be vigilant and avoid a collision.

The kids did have a good time (so did I going down a few slides). But the condition of the equipment is sub par at best - many of the bounce equipment have holes or the outer surface is frayed or spliced; so you can hear and feel the air leaking thru the holes. This let to some of the bounce equipment losing some integrity and would sag a bit more than ideal situations.

Also, the staff is generally not interested in assisting you and busy among themselves behind the counter.

Management needs to fix/replace the equipment ASAP to improve the condition of this place.

We got there 12:15pm and ladies didn’t tell us they close store at 1pm our school brought 15 kids and just got informed we got to leave. Gave them bit of complaints and got 15 more mins. But our staffs still lift eyebrows. Noticed place is under new owner.

Place is only open 9 hours per week and closed on weekends. Ridiculous hours are actually free advertising for nearby Monkey Joe's and Rebounderz, which both understand standard business practice of convenient hours of operation.

Absolutely love bringing the children I babysit for here for their open gym! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, not to mention the facility is clean and well kept! Love supporting small businesses that do it right! Keep it up Sport Bounce!

Could never recommend. Feces all over the place. I know b/c I brought a test kit that tests for fecal bacteria. Call me OC, but I do not like feces. The adults all ways disappear behind the counter, and workers there seem to be selling some thing that costs way too much for my blood. One time a worker there offered to show me some interesting things in back and looked right at my crotch! I'm a man but love my wife. Not safe for kids unless you are in to feces for sport.

Agree with the other reviews on cleanliness part. Had a great party couple of years back, with a very energetic and well-organized coordinator so went back this year for another birthday party a Huge Disaster!!

It's hard to express what a huge waste of money the party was! The coordinator could not be any less disinterested and disoriented all the time her body language was like 'when is this going to end!!' I understand their job can get a bit mundane, but man you are charging a fortune from your clients, so please Take Interest!! The group photo was taken in absolute haste, came out blurred!!! The coordinator was clearly not capable of handling the work and was fumbling with stuff all the time. I had to keep helping her with refills etc.. My guests had to help her with the cake and distribution!! Talking of the cake, I was not even informed that the candles are about to be blown I rushed to be by my daughter's side when she was cutting the cake Embarrassing as it was, the coordinator comes to me only to tell me that I had gone 5 minutes over the scheduled time. I am busy with my guests and a little one to take care of, could you PLEASE keep me informed during the party and tell me 10 minutes in advance that the time is going to be up so that I can start preparing?

One of the little guests went out on the inflatables during food time I understand that is 'not allowed' but how about politely requesting instead of being rude??? Finally, we all had to hurry out some guests did not even get a chance to have the cake! my guests found the experience as forgettable (or 'unforgettable') as I did. Neither any of them nor I would ever go back to that place again, other than just some open bouncing time. Clearly not worth the huge amount of money spent for birthday parties. A huge waste of $$!!
