We stopped by here, on Christmas Eve, on the way home from the beach. My front bumper was covered with bugs from driving, on a daily basis, on 95. I was so impressed to see an employee scrub the front bumper, grill, headlights,windshield and the back of the side mirrors before my vehicle went through the car wash!! I have been to numerous car wash places, and I have never seen this much attention to detail before! I hope the business does NOT stop doing this for their customers. This gesture alone will have me coming back again and again whenever I am in the area!! Keep up the great work!!

I went there on a Wednesday and love the service. I didn't know it was ladies day in Wednesday's. A lady offered a free hand massage, and I got a flower. I didn't tell them but my husband was reffered to hospice that day & it was my birthday. Needless to say, Splash Car Wash made my day.

Great group of hard working people in all kinds of weather! Please be sure to tip them people!!!! My friend with the tattoos there is a hard working super professional guy! Takes care of my vehicles with "class" he's an asset for sure!

Was not happy with the service here. One time they spray the car down with power wash the next time they don't and tell you it's included. I guess it depends who is working. But overall its fine.

Torrey Medina makes sure his crew cleans each part of the car as if it was the only part. My car has never come back to me more clean than at Splash Car Wash.

Best Car Wash I've ever been to!
Excellent staff. Great service.
Well detailed. Glass chip repaired in 5 minutes while there!

Horrible customer service. I had my car washed at this establishment and the next morning it was covered with sticky water spots which would not rub off. I returned to the establishment and was literally yelled at and belittled my the owner who insisted the spots were a result of having been through or parked by a sprinkler. I assured him that was not the case but he continued to insist it was nothing that his equipment could possibly have caused. He was determined to prove me wrong. He reluctantly suggested some options to fix the problem but he was very rude and insulant and clearly didn't want to do anything other than to yell. I wanted nothing for "free". I just wanted him to fix the problem caused by his car wash.
What has happened to customer service? I won't be back.response / report this review -

Quick and easy. Sunday afternoon between 4-5:30 excellent time to go. Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely returning and letting my friends know.
