We stopped in at Spitzer yesterday to look at Jeeps. I have to say, I have never in my life been so turned off by a sales person. It took approximately 30 minutes for anybody to approach us to begin with. Anthony R., the salesman who approached us, didn't seem thrilled that we were there at all. It seemed as if he was trying to talk us out of buying a vehicle. I explained our situation, what we were looking for, and asked for details regarding what might work for payments or options. The man didn't even unlock the car door for us to look inside. We went there with every intention of choosing a vehicle to purchase and left there with no information or reason to purchase. We decided to go over the the Jeep dealer in Shelby. We were greeted immediately and even got to test drive the Jeep we were interested in. We are going back Monday to buy. Your loss, Spitzer. I'll never return to that kind of service. Take my advice, go someplace else!
This was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Friendly service from everyone there..no pushy sales or waiting hours for financing. I would recommend this dealership to everyone! Thank you again
Have great used cars and trucks and they are friendly.
Nice people and good car dealership!!
***update**** even thought the owner replied to this reveiw, saying they wanted to have these concernes adressed, I never heard a word from them. Not that I expected to.*****We bought a 2008 dodge avenger from this place, didn't even make it the 3 minute drive home before the check engine light came on. A couple days later I had to go physically sit in the dealership and wait untill some one addressed my concerns because over the phone I was getting run around after run aroundeven then they refused to make it right. With in the next few days it started to stall in the intersections..spit and sputter, and a few days later the struts started to sound like they were going to fall off the car..and a couple days after the airbag malfunction light started to ding constantlyall with in the first week I owned it. My mother in law bought a car from the MMG budget lot, had a very similar situation happen with her new car, check engine light went on a few DAYS after she bought a car "as is" from themthey fixed it no questions asked and we're apologetic. Save yourself the frustration.
BEWARE!!!!
My 80 year old father bought my brother a nice looking 2003 Ford Windstar from this place along with a $750 extended warranty. Only problem according to salesman was the power door locks which they promised to fix before pick up date. Well, we picked it up, door locks not repaired AS PROMISED and within 30 days the transmission went out. The warranty company sent the repair facility a used transmission for the repair. $747 out of pocket for whatever caused the transmission to fail. Oh, plus the $100 deductible for the warranty. Picked up the van, now makes a noise like a small plane trying to take off. Back at the shop
