Biggest Sushi place I've been in nice and roomy. Food was excellent, service was ehh.
Always good food. And the half priced specials are awesome!
The food taste amazing the bathrooms are kind of dirty and the food always takes long time to prepare sadly
By far the worst sushi I have ever had in my life. Not fresh at all
Probably the best sushi restaurant in town. Although their prices are very high I still like to come here once a week and get something off their half priced menu.
I enjoy the experience here. But I do recommend going only on Friday and Saturday night between 9-10:45 For half price sushi. Also get the fried rolls. They are to die for.
Used to be my favorite sushi place about 6 years ago, but in the last 2 years it has lost its quality and service. Even on a slow night we've had to wait almost an hour just for a few rolls and the waitress' excuses are always the same "The new sushi guys don't want to work fast." It's a shame since I used to love this place, but the inconsistencies have turned me away.
The only time I come here is for Wednesday night sushi. About 20 or so sushi rolls are half priced on Wednesday starting at 5:30. The service even on these nights is fast and the sushi is fresh. It can get busy so it's best if you make a reservation.
So first off the sushi here is pretty good. I'd say its up in the top 5 (so far) in the toldeo area. However, the service and the UNBELIEVABLY long waits to get your food is why this place is getting a 3 from me. I'm sorry but waiting 45 mins EVERY time I go to get my 2 rolls. that needs to change, not to mention waiting 20 long mins for my soup (which tasted as though it had been sitting on the tray for 15 mins because it was cold when i got it). Still though, good sushi and inviting environment.
So mad! Was craving spicy tuna so I just spent 10mins waiting to be acknowledged at the door, 10 mins to get my drink order, and then proceeded to wait for her to bring it back. The server in me was trying to me patient and understanding but she made eye contact with me 4 times and continued to do everything but bring me my drink or take my order. I sat there for 15 more mins without a drink or anything and then she looked at me one more time, turned, and took a tables order?!?!? There were 3 tables in the whole place. I just walked out at that point. Idk maybe it's just bc I'm a server but it just gets under my skin!!!
This place had me lost for words. I honestly thought someone was playing a joke on me. Honestly I have tried just about every sushi spot in the areaI think I may have just found the absolute worst sushi. I don't understand where the 4 stars came from?? Maybe workers?? Family and friends of workers? It's extremely over price for the quality. Save yourself the trip and go to DOMO. Kyoto Ka is good also. I took 1 bite and thought about 25 other places I could have gone. Just NO
A lot better food than I expected. Good prices for dine-in sushi and clean restaurant. Been there twice and both times have been good.
Decent sushi and Chinese food. I got the chicken fried rice medium spicy and it was pretty bland. Also the vegetables were semi raw and hard to chew. The sushi wasn't bad but wasn't phenomenal. The service was nice.
