My family loves this theater! They have great deals. Monday is $3 and you get a free small popcorn. Wed. Is $2.25 and large popcorns and large drinks are also dicounted..Thursday admission is only $1.50! Regular days are only $3. It's also clean with friendly staff. The only down fall is the movies playing have been out for awhile, but you get to see them on the big screen so it is definitely worth going!

Can charge $3.50 for a bottled water but can't give out an extra paper cup so kids can share popcorn.

This is a theater that shows movies that are no longer new releases at a low price. Last I looked the price was a fair $3, but of course the food and drinks are at a premium. My only complaint would be the showing times are a bit strange. It's a good place for a cheap day with the kids.

Great little city/theatre offering "after prime release" films at a decent discount and with pretty good popcorn!
My first time there, now living in the Youngstown area, and the young lady and gentleman that accommodated us were very pleasant and helpful. This was "special day" with a free small popcorn with each ticket. They also have free refills on large popcorns and drinks.
Keep in mind, this is not digital projection. Its an old school film screens and with so so, decent surround sound. But hey! Its only $3.00 and the concessions were fresh.

Better than average theater experience. Clean, comfy, and offers a good selection of flicks. Can get crowded, as there's not much else to do in Hermitage.

I recently moved to the area, and cinema 8 was one of my first "finds". I can't stress how much I love this theatre. The prices are family friendly, the seating is comfortable, and the staff is great . I take my 2 young daughters to see all of their favorite new movies, and it's totally worth the wait to get the awesome discount. I love that I can take them on a nice "date" without worrying if I'm wrecking my budget. Thanks Cinema 8!!

A bit dark and in need of an upgrade. Inexpensive option for older releases before video.

This is a forgotten gem. Everyone is friendly. Place is always clean. If you can wait until the new movies leave the newest theater, you can save a bundle and movies because they usually show up at Cinema 8.

Okay, first of all I love the deal you get here! The theater is older than the new one we recently got, so obviously you will find some older, worn out seats and amenities, but for the price, its a great time and a great value! Only $3 gets you in to a see a movie that just left the new theaters, and the building is kept pretty clean and well maintained. Monday movie nights include free popcorn, and on Wednesdays you get a ticket for even less than $3! Once I had rude service, but it was quickly remedied with the man coming to apologize and giving me and my friend two free tickets for another movie of our choice. I'd say come here for a night out with friends, a date, or to bring your family!
