I was shocked at the rude comments the older nurse came in and said to me. It was out of line and she should be fired.
I wish that I could find the date's of the reviews, The last time I was there was spring 2013 and from that time back I've had nothing except wonderful help, my blood pressure was 220/119 they got me prepared for the big hospital with Iv ETC.. and sent me via ambulance where I spent close to a week. They did what they can do probably saved my life. I sure hope that it's not gone down hill fromthen .:(
So grateful for Mason Urgent Care. They always get us in quick and do a great job!
I went there week ago to get medication. I should have known better from previous experience that it would take multiple trips to get whats needed. The staff was rude when I called to speak to the doctor. I go there because my primary doctor has only had time to see me once in a years time at allegent health in mason. Where can one go to get treatment these days without multiple trips. Is a sinus and ear infection that dificult to diagnose? Do we not pay enough for healthcare to milk us on multiple trips?
The ONLY reasOn they are even getting ONE 🌟 star is because of the receptiOnist other than that MY eXperience was AWEFUL the dOctOr barely lOOked in MY ear's, thrOat let alOne take an x-ray I will NEVER go to that urgent care
Doctors are always rude and incredibly disrespectful. Constant misdiagnosis! The most recent time they told us my daughter had "allergies", but our pediatrician confirmed it was a bacterial infection and gave us antibiotics. She treated us like we were wasting her time, but it turns out they were wasting our time by blowing us off.
I highly recommend staying away from here and going somewhere that will actually give you care.
Walked in and instantly regretted it. Me and my husband geels like complete poo and the staff was rude! Waited gor a hour and a half to be seen and still nothing. Finally I said screw it and we left an hour later they try and call us when we already went to another urgent care and have already been seen and are out. This place is a joke! I feel sorry for people when they have to come here.
Unfortunately they do not even deserve one star!
This just may be the worst experience I have ever been through!! I went there at 12:30 pm after working half a day. Had been feeling extremely sick and was having trouble breathing. Even still they made me wait over 2 hours before I was seen, all the while young children were in the waiting area and I felt horrible about possibly exposing them. Finally I was seen and I was started on a breathing medicine and they were concerned about my blood oxygen levels and said that I would have to be taken to the hospital via ambulance. I refused and said that I could contact my husband to take me. When I refused to take the doctors advice they took away the nebulizer and medicine and sent in the paramedics to push me into going even though I had been waiting for 2 hours out in the waiting room and could have waited a short time longer for my husband. Now I am looking at a $750.00 bill for the ambulance which I had stated emphatically that I could not afford. Through all of this I think the biggest slap in the face was when they withdrew treatment and would not even give me the time to contact my husband to come help me. My fondest wish is that some day someone will treat them with the same careless disrespect.
This used to be the only facility that I used for my family's urgent care needs. This past Sunday, I had the worst experience of my life. I have never been more disrespected by a medical facility in my life. I took my daughter in for a cough. We were at the facility for two hours and less than five of them were spent with the doctor. The doctor walked into the room and completely brushed off every concern that I had. What's worse, she walked in with a single slip of paper that she was writing every patients info on. She said she was sending a steroid to the pharmacy for my daughter. My mom went to pick up the prescription yesterday and the pharmacy had nothing for her. I called the urgent care at 930 and was told I would get a call back, by 330 that still hadn't happened. I called again at 4. They looked at my daughters chart and the doctors notes say that she was seen for a fever and chills! How can you diagnose someone with a fever who has a normal temp?! They said that they couldn't call in a prescription because the doctors notes didn't say anything about it, so they were sending her a message and would get back to me. I still haven't heard from them. If they messed up my daughters file that bad that day, how many other patients got screwed. Never again will I use this facility and I will let everyone I know that they should find care elsewhere.
Went to this urgent care for my daughter on a Saturday afternoon. There were several people in the waiting room. My daughter had a small skin infection, but needed to be seen before Monday and was too young to take to Sparrow's Fast Care. I thought we would have to wait for a long time due to the amount of people and the lack of severity with her condition. We did not wait long at all! We were the last people to be called, but we only were in the waiting room for maybe an hour. And once we were called back it only took half an hour to have her vitals done, be examined by the doctor, and be sent on our way with a prescription. Everyone was polite and professional and the doctor was so great with my daughter. She was begging the doctor to pick her up, so the doctor held her while examining her infection. I love this urgent care and always go here!
