  This place is a dump. Cock roaches everywhere, ghetto neighbors that party till dawn. Bunch of drug dealers, if want the experience of living in the hood but pay the high price of living in a white neighborhood, then move here.

  This was a horrible place to live. Management was rude. Our house was enetered within notice because manager states she forgot to write a letter. We were lied to and told we had to pay for broken blinds through them which was over 25 dollars for one set and our lease stated we could buy from anywhere. Just overall a bad experience do not recommend to anyone

  New private owners not corporate owned any longer That's definitely a plus!!
  New management that cares about the residents needs and homes. The true meaning of "top rate in customer service" as it was many years ago when it meant something to give good old fashion quality customer service to people of all walks of life!! That's extremely hard to find these days, however you will find it here at Spanish Missions Apartments.
  The maintenance team is Outstanding too!!
  So What better place to start checking out an apartment than this place??
  Friendly, Quiet, SPACIOUS, and the list goes on.5*'s for sure!!

  The Management and Maintenance Team work so hard for their residents. It seems like they are always having an event for the residents. They go above and beyond providing just a dwelling. They make it fun, homey, and a sense of community. The grounds are kept clean. The amenities are kept clean. The pool is sparkling.

  Lived here a year and it went under 3 management changes and several staff. It's very expensive on power and I just recently was charged 550 for them to clean a place I had kept clean as if it was my own. They had to throw away one of my sofas because my grandmother who is 70 could not help me lift it, this was put on the charge as well. And I think we were charged for the three stove eyes that hadn't worked since we moved in as well as the leaking tub that needed hourly cleaning to look spotless constantly due to the fact it was leaky since we moved in. Currently living in a community that constantly has fights and the police are always around on the weekends because I couldn't get a cheaper appartment here, now juggling student loans, rent, power, and this debt that I honestly can't afford.

  I have lived here for 3 years. Recently they have gone through a change in management and it is absolutely horrible. The old management was pleasant and always communicated with the residents. The new management is rude and inconsiderate. About a month ago they wouldn't process my rent because they lost my renter's insurance and tried to blame it on me. After I sent them a new copy last month they recently emailed me and told me they didn't have a new copy of it on file! I can't wait to move out of this place and go somewhere that cares about their residents. It may have cheaper rent but it's really not worth the hassle now.
