  I called because I have two rooms booked for dec 31-jan 3 and i need one more, so i called and asked if there was anything they could do and the guy answers "i cant create another room" and hangs up on me. I asked in a very nice way just trying to find an extra room i wasnt demanding at all. DIDNT HAVE TO ANSWER SO RUDE! i will call to cancel the other rooms.

  It is a nice hotel and if you have the number 25,26 there is a building behind trees,those are the rooms 25,26
