Horrible. I visited 12/11/17 for a wax service. Marta performed the service and left me with patches of skin that were peeled off. I called to speak to the manager, no response. I am left with patches of red, raw skin on my face that are painful.

Very nice staff! Quiet atmosphere, clean equipment and reasonable prices!

They take every appointment personally, and when I smudged my pedicure, they fixed it up without me even asking and free of charge
