They lost our luggage and somehow it just disappeared. Thanks for losing some of our most precious items that can't be replaced. Extremely saddened but our lose.

I arrived about 1 hour before my flight that left at 5:40am and I checked my bag & got thru security in Gate C in about 20 min. Speedy and pretty straightforward to get to my gate and flight. There were enough staff at the bag check-in and the flight attendants were professional & wore masks.

I recommend bringing any super valuable items with you on the plane (camera, recording equipment, etc) in case your checked bag gets lost. Overall, my trips have been smooth flying out of MKE. Definitely recommend using this city as a transfer if it's an option since it's not super busy as bigger airports!

Southwest effectively ruined what was a great family get together in Pennsylvania. We had a flight scheduled late Sunday and suddenly canceled at 10:30 am. No ability to contact on their sight or phone call. They did reschedule it was for 48 hours. No offers of compensation or anything. We ended up driving home at high cost and extra expenses. Do not fly at all this year! We won’t be.

We had a flight booked through an agency on Saturday the 9th out of Milwaukee airportgot 2 the airport only 2 be told that our plane departed at 10 a.m. that morning instead of 3:15 p.m. as our confirmation showed..it was a horrible mess , but our agent named Evan at the ticket check-in counter went way above & beyond & worked relentlessly along with his supervisor 2 get us on a flight. In the end it worked out because of his added efforts !!!! Thank you so much Evan & southwest 😊✌️

Southwest gate 22 attendant rude and unprofessional. I had a carry on and backpack. I just bought a gift for granddaughter at the airport.

The attended rude instructed me step aside only 2 carry ones. This was a small bag of gifts bought at the airport, no bigger then news papers most were carrying with their two bags.

She demanded I through it away!

I suggest NO one buy gifts or other items at the airport and break the rules of three bags…at Southwest gate 22!

This was uncalled for and your hateful nature unexpected and unnecessary.

Never in 30 plus years of weekly travel would I expect this, particularly from Southwest Airlines.

Southwest has always been better so I will trust this is a personal issue . It was embarrassing!
