I had my keys stolen while I was on vacation and I called the dealership to ask for a spare key to get my vehicle back home. The manager had zero sympathy for me and literally yelled at me basically telling me that it was my fault, and that he couldn’t help me because he didn’t have a spare key for the vehicle. I work in the automotive industry and I know FOR A FACT that dealerships are supposed to have a SPARE KEY FOR EVERY VEHICLE. They also have no sympathy for customers and their financial situations and do nothing but hound people for money. Yes, I do realize that paying for the vehicle is my responsibility but it wouldn’t hurt for them to be A LITTLE understanding. I’m literally at my wits end and I’m tempted everyday to just stop paying for the vehicle all together and let them reposses it and just be DONE. I would advise that you proceed with caution and use this dealership as a LAST RESORT.

Called in advance to see if I needed to schedule a test drive, not needed, told her I was on my way. Showed up 20 mins later, and she said "We're closing early, can't test drive today". Gave no indication over the phone that they were closing early, so the ride I paid to get to the dealership to buy a new vehicle, was completely wasted. Inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Update: Charles, the sales manager called me this morning (the next day) to apologize for the previous day. He arranged for transportation to pick us up from home and take us back after we test drove. He was very sincere and apologetic.

I purchased my vehicle through Southside Sales 6 months ago. It was a very easy process. I do not have good credit but Charles was able to get me financed with ease. I have bought my cars here for the last 10 yrs. They are a customer friendly company that cares about their customers.
