Bought a windshield to replace the one on my car and the weatherstripping on it is so screwed I can't use it or salvage the windshield. I'm stuck with a $80 hunk of glass that the weatherstripping is heat damaged.

I'm a first time car owner and the lever that adjusts the seat broke so I went. I had a gut feeling it was the wrong part but I went with it stole 10 bucks and didn't even let me replace or return . They all have attitudes and I waited 15 minutes before getting "helped" save your money they don't know what they're doing.

Bought a transmission from them. Apparently they don't test their parts before they sell them. Spent a day taking the old transmission out and two days putting the new one in to find out that it doesn't work. Do not waste your time or money giving them your business.

I called several times for a part. Before the got the deposit for the part they were very nice. After I paid the deposit they were extremely rude and never called me bk as promised. I always had to call them bk.

I called and they said they had the part I needed. When I got there we went and got the part. They were organized and polite. There seemed to be a lot of regular customers. I'll go see them again.

I called in advanced for a few parts. Said they would check it when I get there. I go there and wait almost an hour only to find out they don't have any parts. All the while, I see a handful of customers that came in after me and leave before I left. What a waste of time.
