Horizon rv center is a pleasure to deal with. they do their best to please every customer. we found what we wanted in their lot! in fact we found four that we really like. we decided to purchase the last one that we were shown, it was just what we wanted, the best for last. management bent over backwards to find the best financing and insurance. would i do business with them again? YES without question!

I was preparing to tow an older 1993 travel trailer over hills and needed saddle brackets installed for my weight distribution hitch. Camping World Lake Park across the interstate not only had treated me insultingly due to age of my trailer but had quoted me one and a half hours of labor to install totaling $360.99. Horizon RV found a pair of used saddle brackets which Zach very kindly installed in about 20 minutes for a total cost of $53.00. DO NOT go to Camping World!

Excellent customer service both in the office and shop. Technician is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained operation of unit. This is the second RV we have purchased from this owner and would recommend Horizon RV Center to everyone looking for an RV.

We purchased our 2018 Cedar Creek Silverback in late June from Horizon. This is our FOURTH unit. We hope it will be our last. The staff at Horizon were exceptional!! We have dealt with other dealerships in the past but we have NEVER received such respect and consideration!!! Everyone was thoughtful, considerate and helpful. Our salesperson was Drew and he kept in touch with us and kept us informed. But, most important to us, Drew called us weeks AFTER our purchase, just to "check" on us and ask if we were satisfied. YES, WE ARE!! I recommend this dealership highly.

We purchased our camper here in February and had bring it back in for a few minor issues we had. They squeezed us in their schedule because we were on a road trip and when we picked it up they took the time to explain everything. Zack and James are super friendly and helpful. We are very pleased with Horizon RV center and we will be back in the future.
