one time, I needed to get a meningitis vaccine from this place after searching all over arlington for it. when I finally found it and arrived, the lady behind the counter wanted to know my age and I told her that I was over 18. she rudely replied "We do not have any for you! We're out! We only have them available for children right now! you should have called instead of wasting your gas coming here!" I tried to question her but then another rude nurse chimed in and said "Sir, did you not hear what she just said?! she said we're out and we've been out of the vaccine for two weeks now!" so after she told me where else I can get he vaccines, I was upset as I stated that I wasted my time coming up there and the nurse nods her head agreeing with me as if she's saying "yep, pretty much." it was almost like she didn't care. I think you're better off going to CVS instead.

I called to see if they had this type of shot. and the women on the phone is so rude. i felt like there lazy.so she asks if i had insurance because it might cover for the shot.and i ask her how much would it be if my insurance doesn't. and she said 14. i ask in a nice way. is it busy now? i can come now ? she was so rude she was like no your already talk to me and you need to call your insurance. in my head i'm just like why are you so rude I'm paying you it doesn't matter if i use my insurance or not
