Andrew Parlette and his crew are great people. I love going to this shop. South East Auto offers full service auto repairs. With any full service shop, it is recommended to schedule an appointment. I have used this shop to buy new wheels and tire to replacing my tire on my motorcycle.

Nice people, however i was ripped off with my F150. I had an issue that wasn't resolved the first time for out of controlling shaking and idling. I spent 900$ and the job didn't get done. I then took it back and they charged my 400$ more for the same issue. Good people but i was not satisfied with the service. I am not going back.

I've been going to them for years they are amazing!! They save you money in any way they can. Giovanni is awesome I recommend him although all their service guys are great. And, Eddie knows his stuff!!

Had two nails stuck in my tire, walked into the shop and they took care of me right away! Very respectful and helpful mechanics! Giovanni was very personable and helpful, good guy. Definitely haven’t been treated that well at a shop before.

For the love of God DO NOT go to this shop for anything more than changing your tires. I took my truck in there on November 18 for a new rear pinion seal. First they never called to inform me about the progress of my truck I had to call twice to find out any information because they "forgot" to call and tell me that it was done. Second they didn't top of my rearend grease. The Wednesday after having the work done my rearend started whining I checked it and I was a pint low on rearend grease. Now I have to drop a grand in my rearend bc my ring gears, pinion, pinion bearings are shot. And third when i went to pick my truck up after they installed the pinion seal they said my truck was a quart and a half low on engine oil i took it home checked it and yep just like i though there was plenty of oil in my motor they were trying to pull a fast one on me to make more money. This shop does more harm than good. They are crooks and everyone should stay away unless you feel like spending a lot more money than you should

I provided this shop with a major repair that could have been completed by the Dealer in a short period of time. I chose not to go to the Dealer because I didn't want to pay dealer prices. Although it took longer to complete my services, South East Auto Services was very patient with me as I called them twice a week until services were complete. They didn't rush the repair because of my impatience and I was very satisfied when I got my car back. The final repair bill was reasonable and a lot cheaper than the Dealer. 2005 Volvo V50.

Just up front I have never written a review for any business. Also they did not ask me to write this. These guys did a great job doing a transmission service on my diesel truck. I scheduled an appointment two days out so don't expect a walk in. Everyone I talked to from the front desk to the mechanics were courteous and helpful. They even offered to show me the poor condition of the trans filter they removed which turned out to be the original from 2007. Funny since this same service had been performed by the dealer twice in that timeframe which points to the dealer doing a half A job. At the end I watched them take the time to confirm the job was done right by running the truck and confirming no leaks before handing me the keys. Not every shop does that which is why you hear of some places forgetting to do absurd things like forgetting to put oil back in your car. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to these guys for just about anything. Are they the absolute cheapest in town? I don't know but it seems to me if you want quality work with no pressure tactics go to these guys. Thanks again fellas!
