Very accomodating. We did not have a reservation and was travelling on whim. We got a good room with a good view. However we didn't have enough towels and the breakfast was not desirable.

Great place for couples and families. We loved watching the kids play games outside. Our room had a jetted tub that looked out at the lake. We had a very minor issue that was taken care of super quick. The resort offers two adult pools and a kids pool and pirate ship, shuffle board, volleyball, and an outdoor hot tub!!! Great place to rent a house with the family!! We plan on visiting again next summer.

I spent a few days here with my two kiddos. They loved it! The one pool was a family oriented pool with a zero entry great for my non-swimmer. They liked being able to go play on the playground and dig in the sand at the beach. We will be back next summer for sure.

Overall nice hotel and pretty good value for the price. Clean rooms, access to nice clean pools, hot tub and private beach. The breakfast was so-so (only foods that require no preparation - pastries, yogurt, toast, etc.) but it's included in the cost so I can't complain too much. Walls are a little thin as well, but not too much of an issue. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if I were to go back.

We spent 3 nights in the beautiful hotel. Our room was spotless each day and every staff member we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. The grounds were impeccable and we loved taking advantage of the pool closest to the water. We had such a lovely long weekend here and definitely plan on returning!

This was a really nice play to stay for a little vacation! The room was so nice and spacious and everything in the hotel was very clean and tidy. They even have their own beach in addition to two pools!

This a beautiful and fun resort. They have everything you need and more. The view of Lake Erie is amazing! The only problem my husband and I had was the bed. It was more like a trampoline. With that being said, I think it was worth the stay and will return later this year.

One of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. We stayed in September, so we didn't get to use the pool, but it looked really nice, along with everything else on site. The only complaint would be the quality of breakfast was sub par. All in all, I would stay 10/10 times.

My wife and I went in late October, off season technically. We have been to the area around cedar point a few times and have had trouble with the trains in the area keeping us awake at night. No problem here. Nice view from the room with its own balcony. Nice staff but no one one at the desk at night. Room was cozy and clean minus one pistachio shell, jacuzzi tub in the room was great. Beds were a little soft and saggy but acceptable. Very close to Marblehead lighthouse and just a few minutes more to Cedar Point. We plan on returning again in the future.

The resort is a nice weekend getaway. The romance package came with a jacuzzi room, rose and petals, local wine and two champagne flutes with Ferraro Roche chocolates. The décor was typical beach or country home. With the package, we got $50 to Mon Ami, a nearby winery and restaurant, and we're able to reserve a dinner slot for Saturday night. Because of their super popular seafood buffet, we'd have normally had to wait over an hour, but instead got seated less than 5 minutes past our reserved time. The resort has volleyball, basketball, tennis, and shuffleboard with the equipment there to borrow, as well as a playground, 3 pools, a private beach and docks.
