  We used South Bay custom closets for custom cabinets and slat walls in our garage. Judith did our design consultation and was great. She understood everything we wanted and that came together in our proposal. We had 3 days of installation and everything went smoothly and the team did a great job cleaning everything up. We would highly recommend South Bay custom closets.

  I really can't say enough good things about my experience with South Bay Custom Closets! In our den, we had some very old Pasadena Closets with a trifold door that finally fell off, and we wanted an upgrade. Their designer Nadya came over to help us configure options that would work within our budget. While she was here I mentioned a dream we had of getting built-in bookshelves in our living room and she mentioned that they did shelving as well. Within an hour we had a design for both for a very reasonable price.
  
  Figuring out the details with owner Bruce and the team was seamless and it was clear that they excel in customer service. On installation day there was a hiccup in communication but Bruce took care of it and let us know that our satisfaction was paramount. The installation team was courteous and competent and we are delighted with our new home. The shelves incorporate the molding in the living room and look like they've always been there, and the cabinets in the den are streamlined, spacious and modern. Hire them!

  Bruce was fantastic to work with! Definitely recommend !! He was responsive, very helpful and patient with our questions and decisions. He brought his computer with him to our home to give us a visual design of the closet layout within an hour. Then we walked through different options, changed the design layout, switched out different colors and textures, options to add and completed the final design all in one session.
  
  Delivery and install were very professional and even came in early. Final closets look great. (Pictures don't really show how wonderful the closets look) Can't wait to start using them!

  Bruce’s team did a great job with the cabinets. Great service all around from the diagrams to installation. These are solid cabinets and they look great! Thanks again Bruce.

  If I could give Bruce 6 out of 5 stars, I would.
  
  My husband and I decided to convert our spare bedroom into a master closet, and Bruce made it our reality. We met with several closet companies and received price quotes from each of them. Bruce’s pricing was not only affordable, but his attention to detail and friendly demeanor earned our trust. Words can’t describe how happy we are with the outcome.
  
  Bruce was one of the many people we’ve worked with throughout the 9 month remodel of our first home. Anyone who has gone through construction knows the common frustrations that occur. Unlike several of the people we hired, Bruce and his team were extremely respectful, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done thoroughly and were very mindful not to impede on our space.
  
  Being a first time home buyer and having a budget, I was tempted to go with the lowest quote we received. However, if this process has taught me anything, it’s to trust your instincts and know that you “get what you pay for.” When it came to the closet, I met with large corporate companies promising a quick turnaround… for a premium. I also met people who wanted to install low quality cabinets… yet still for a premium. Then I met Bruce.
  
  He worked closely with me to design my dream closet, was always prompt with correspondence, listened to all of my critiques and presented me with ways I could achieve what I wanted while staying within our budget. He and his team worked tirelessly - and quickly - so we could unpack our clothes and stop living out of boxes. He even ordered extra handles for the existing built-in dresser so that they’d match what he was installing, and when a piece of glass broke (something I’d requested and he had to special order), he found a local glass company to make a custom piece so that we’d be able to enjoy our closet without delay.
  
  We absolutely love how our master closet turned out, and we didn’t stop there - we had them do our linen/storage closet and install a standalone closet too! If you’re looking for a custom closet, South Bay Custom Closets are your guys. Call them, and call them now!
