Buffet with great soups and fresh salad. Affordable price. The best parts of this restaurant are salads and soups. Green fresh vegetables, plenty side add-ons, plus 10 more dressings. I enjoy their soups as well. The were 8 different soups, which claimed cooked everyday. Plus pizza, pasta, onscreen, and non-stop drinks. Make this is one of the best all you can eat restaurants.

Visited this location for the first time this year, since it was close to my hotel. I have been a longtime fan of their “sister” locations of Sweet Tomatoes in Kansas City, Dallas and Houston, and was sad to see them all close down. That being said, I had a reasonable expectation when visiting here.

My chief complaint was the parking (or limitation thereof), I had to circle the parking lot several times the evening I visited to find a space.

Once I got parked and inside, the food was exactly as I remember from their Sweet Tomatoes locations, fresh, typically local, produce, kept well stocked. As I always experienced, they had a wide variety of breads, soups and prepared salads to go with the salad bar, and all at prices that will not break the bank.

I definitely plan on visiting again the next time I’m in California.

Always great! With the coupons the meals turn out to be less than $10 and it's a buffet which offers varies salads, breads, soups, pastas and a dessert station. It's hard to go back to work after a meal here! 😁

Seems like a good place of great value until you taste the food. Exciting array of choices, sub par quality. The pasta, breads, soups were not good. Salads were fine, obviously, as all you need there is fresh ingredients.

We go here all the time. Even when its super packed you get seated within 20 minutes, and it helps that you can snack off your plate while you wait. The food quality is amazing for the price, second only to Urban Plates. Go here if you want to eat a ton of food for not that much money! Make sure you sign up for the news letter, you get coupons!

Quite a surprisingly clean and tidy place despite the lunch mobs being quite crazy here. Good if you want a healthier buffet, as salad is the main thing with soups. Everything is quite good and nothing ever looks less than fresh.

It used to be good, but recently their hygiene has been an issue. Their soup bowls have food stains and dishes also sometimes have food particles. The food itself was good with a variety of salads, soups, desserts.

This is one of my first stops whenever I am visiting California. Salads are always fresh, there is a great variety of toppings and the soups address to die for. (The broccoli cheddar and clam chowder are my favorites). Simply love their corn bread. The wait staff always come take your empty plates right away. Great restaurant!!

This location is very busy at dinner time. We have been longtime customers of Sweet Tomatoes in Houston, Texas. The staff here is very friendly and efficient. They seated us within one minute of paying the cashier. Fresh, hot, soups were replenished regularly. The salad items were refilled. We will return here regularly.

People are animals here but that doesn't detract from the good food and service. THe price is pretty good too if you are hungry and need to chow down on a lot of soups and bread and salad.

Good service, good food. Waiting for 16 minutes for a table, we usually visit the one in Laguna Niguel the food is always very good they have more variety and never have to wait for a table.

This is our regular Soup Plantation spot. It's just like most. The food quality is pretty consistent, although sometimes they run low on the pre-tossed salads at the beginning. I find the cleaning staff especially friendly and efficient. Make sure you give them a tip before you leave.

Whenever I am hungry and I am near a Souplantation I have a hard time going anywhere else. One price, all you can eat.

It is difficult to eat unhealthy here. You can load up on mini muffins and deserts but you really have to defy convention and walk past delicious, fresh salad fixings. It is near impossible to say "no" to a racks of fresh greens, vegetables, nuts, raisins, and every dressing you can imagine.

Arrive with a really good appetite and the meal is a really good deal. You will walk away stuffed but happy knowing you made healthy choices.

The ability to eat all you can eat healthy is great. You can avoid the gains, starches and sugars and stick to vegetables and sugar free tea. They offer three kinds of sugar free tea that taste good and say they are flavored with the fruits not flavorings.

The reason I give 3 stars it's because there's no meat. Sure there's some bacon bits at the potato station, but that's neither a healthy option nor substantive enough for a balanced diet. Outside the salad bar, everything is unhealthy: cheese bread, pasta, macaroni, and most of the soups due to added flour to make them creamy.

Service is always friendly. I like this place, but can't be a regular because I need some protein sourceeven nuts would be ok, but they don't have any.
