Clean food is rotated regularly and the staff is great especially Joss he really goes out of his way to help
The staff is friendly and keep the buffet items well stocked. It is sometimes very busy, and frequently has many families with small children, so it can be loud.
This has been one of my favorite restaurants since I was a kid. The quality did go down for a bit, but I'm happy to report that the last two times I was there recently the quality has been great!
The food and service has gone downhill. I used to come here for lunch all the time when I worked nearby. Came for dinner tonight, and the salads weren't as fresh as they used to be, the corn bread and muffins are dry, but the garlic cheese bread was good. The attendant/ service boy at the beverage area was rude when I asked where the coffee cups were.
Like all Souplantations the food is fresh and they have a good selection of soups. Their pasta dishes are not the best, but they have plenty of things you can add to make them salvageable. For example, if you want good mac and cheese, you'll want to add more cheese from the baked potato bar.
This is the worst location of the Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes chain, and we have been regulars of the restaurant for over 20 years. We called ahead to ask what soups they have for the day, to make sure they have a particular soup. They listed it off so we wentwe get there, and the soup is not there. We ask the manager if they have it and he says it's in the back and they'll put it out when another soup runs out. We say we came here specifically for that soup and can you scoop us a bowl? NO, he won't do it. Are you kidding me? Beyond the ridiculous lack of customer service, they make the worst salad at this one It's either completely dry, or soggy and disgusting looking like it has been sitting out for the entire day. This location is pathetic.
If you like to have a salad as a main course and very little for the side then this is the place for you, it what i and my family really want but if you like salad as the main course and little to no sweets maybe for a diet
Great spot for lunch, just wish they had broccolli cheese soup as a regular menu item.
A standout in the Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes chain. The restaurant is always clean and the salad bar and food stations are kept clear of clutter and drips. The only complain I have is the continual problem this location (and I suspect all locations) has of providing trays and plates that are either warm or wet. Neither is acceptable. Still, the food is good here and the bussing service keeps up with empty plates and trays.
This is a typical soup and salad restaurant. If you've ever visited a Sweet Tomatoes restaurant, this place is exactly the same -- layout, food, selection, etc. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and everyone had a good time. Not exactly fine dining, but if you find a soup that you like, you can enjoy endless amounts of it. I'm not really sure how the salad bar works, as it appears that you get one shot through the line (maybe two) but that's okay, since one trip should be enough to get your fill of everything they have through the salad bar. The other bar stations (soup, dessert, pasta, potato) seem to be endless (eat all you want). A pretty good value.
Friendly and attentive staff. Food was OK. Chicken noodle was a bit soggy and the wonton salad lacked sufficient dressing. Bleach from the restrooms can be smelled from the pasta area.
The salads are not the freshest but mostly ok. The bakery and soups are great, however, and it is very well priced and the employees are friendly.
