I have known Scott Thomas for some time. He is a personally an awesome person and a great friend. On that note, whenever I need anything for my 2011 Jeep Wrangler I will highly recommend Scott at Sound FX in Lewes Delaware. Scott and his team have always gave me outstanding customer service and prices for my parts. This company will always be my preferred place of service when it comes to anything for my vehicles.

Words can't describe my experience with Sound FX. Upon entering their location I was greeted by Scott. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and listened to all my needs. Not only did he exceed my needs, he came in below my desired budget!! Now as far as the install went.WOWPaul fabricated the insert for my touch screen monitor. All I can say here is it looks ten times better than what the factory system looked. I have recommended Sound FX to anyone that will listen. I am so happy that I just took my other car up to have a system put in it. Again I thank everyone. Keep up the great work. It is not too often that you see such professionalism in a business anymore. I had a remote start installed here and the customer service was great with Scott Thomas helping me with the purchase and with the couple problems I had after the installation. The installers are very knowledgeable and were able to troubleshoot the one problem I had and it has been awesome ever since. Would definitely direct anyone needing vehicle upgrades to them. Thanks for all the help.

Scott did a great job with getting the remote start put into my vehicle. He answered all my questions about the best system for me and made all the arrangements for getting my vehicle there and back so I didn’t have to miss work. Their Team had it installed the same day and it works great. Scott even checked back with me to answer any questions I had and to make sure everything works right. I had the pleasure of meeting Matt and the team down in Lewes to drop off and sometime later (4wks), pick up my vehicle. Can't say enough about their hospitality, their professionalism and Matt's incredible abilities. His work, his creativity and the fact that he is just a super human being are reasons why I drove 10 hours to get him, and it was going to be only him, to work on my truck. Matt, rest assured, next vehicle i get, I will come and find you.
Thanks again for the wonderful looking, but most importantly, AMAZING sound system. Keep it up and you will be so busy I will need to book 2 years in advance.:)

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Sound FX. I had a new sound system, new exhaust, fog lights and other exterior accessories installed on my car.

I was so happy with the work and impressed with how easy they made the whole process that I brought my van in for wheels, tires, daytime running lights, a remote start and a dash cam.

Everyone was friendly, knowledgable and professional from start to finish. Everything looked and worked perfectly and there was no mess left in the cars. The factory parts were all packed up nicely. Little things like putting the old wheels in plastic bags so my interior didn't get dirty on the way home. It made me think these guys are very professional and pay lots of attention to detail.

Amazing experience at Sound FX, I'll definitely be back for more!

Scott Really hooked it up at Sound FX. I went in on a Monday. Told Scott what I was looking for with zero knowledge of the stereo equipment. He told me I would get Quality sound, Bluetooth and great work by his staff. He asked me when I wanted this done and I thought this could take some time. Scott said, "How about tomorrow"? I dropped off my scout the next day and they finished the work in one day!!! The sound is incredible. The wiring was all done underneath the truck. I will be back for Wheels for sure! Check these guys out if you need audio or an upgrade to your car.

This is the kind of independently owned place that puts the big box stores to shame. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful & reasonably priced. Fixed my radar detector so that it's now mounted properly & then checked in with me the following day to make sure I was pleased with the outcome. So glad to have found this gem. Will be returning in the future for televisions.

Paulie (Head installer),

You did my 2016 black 4 runner this spring and I just wanted to let you know how much I am still enjoying my system. I took a road trip yesterday which I don't get a chance to do too often this time of year. The system still sounds perfect and I can't tell you how much I appreciate the effort you put in, especially making the box that hides the processor with the amps mounted so I have basically the exact same storage space and can still use my cargo cover. I know it took some extra effort but just know that I appreciate it everytime I use the back. Hope you've been having a great summer. Thanks again man, that system brings me so much joy.

Highly recommend!

Scott went out of his way and made phone call after phone call to find me great prices on high quality rims/tires. He worked with me on pricing and gave me his honest opinions which turned out to be awesome!

I just got home after driving listening to my newly installed radio.
I decided to use the services of Sound FX after reading the reviews on Google.
I want to confirm those reviews and add to them by saying that Sound FX completely satisfied my audio needs. I had the great fortune of meeting Alex Martinez, who, from the first time I called to inquire, to when I made it to the store and I met him, has been a wonderful and pleasant person to deal with. He was attentive to my not so always clear explanations of what I wanted in my car system. He advised me wisely and professionally, making sure that I left the store feeling happy and accomplished. He made me feel heard, my needs have been fulfilled to my highest expectations, and I am ready for many hours of happy listening to my radio. I have been going to Sound FX for quite some time now and the experience has always remained the same. Scott Thomas, the sales manager at Sound FX has been my go to guy for the past six years. Him along with the whole entire Sound FX crew are always on top of their game, and I have never received anything less than 100% professionalism from them at all times. Aside from being professional they are always friendly and make me feel like I am at home. They have done an awesome job with my car, and my demands. Their crew done amazing work and they have some of the best technicians around. Needless to say, I will continue to go to them for a very long time.

Sound Fx In Lewes easy to find great people to work with I got rims and tires put on my truck and a new radio head unit installed. Scott Thomas was my salesmen He was GREAT!! He made sure the apt was set up and everything while my truck was go\letting worked on made sure I was comfortable in there waiting area and turned the TV on for me. After made sure everything was to my liking and showed me how to work my new head unit answered every question I had without a hassle would recommend this place to anyone!

Scott and the rest of the crew at Sound FX did an excellent job. I was in the market for new Wheels and tires for my Subaru BRZ. After being referred to them by a friend, I decided to give them a call. I am sure glad I did. Scott was very informative and helpful at recommending different tires and wheels and we finally agreed on a combo that would suite my car. The install was done in less than 2 hours and everything went perfect. Thank you Sound FX and Scott for the wonderful service and I recommend Sound FX to anyone who needs new wheels ,tires or etc.
