  Every time I travel to Miami and go to this spa they have different staff working. I wonder why their employees leave? Bad pay? No clients? The place is always empty when I go. I don't understand. Their services are overpriced and they're always calling me to offer "free treatments" Even the injector is not a doctor, she's just a regular nurse. If you look at the good reviews below mine they look fake and translated from Russian (this is a Russian owned place) Solea Brickell Spa feels like a scam. Go somewhere else!

Every service was executed with precision and care, from soothing massages to revitalizing facials. It was a blissful escape from the stresses of everyday life, leaving me feeling pampered and renewed.

  I had an amazing experience! Zarina is so professional, she treated me with care and explained all the necessary details and recommendations for the treatment. The place is very cozy and with an atmosphere and personnel that really invites you to relax. I feel so pleased that I already scheduled a second appointment with Zarina.

  Love this place, but the customer service needs improvement.
  
  I live in the building so I do my laser here because it’s convenient. My laser tech Andrea is awesome. She is very thorough, takes her time with areas of concern, and is very mindful of being slow and asking if I need breaks if experiencing any pain or discomfort.
  
  My only problem is the new? front desk receptionist. I don’t know her name, but she is an Asian woman. It was my first interaction with her this week and she was extremely rude when asked any questions on prices or packages. I had to greet her when I walked in because she was on her phone and when I let her know I would not be purchasing a package, she picked her phone back up, charged my card and didn’t say a word until I said thank you, goodbye to which she did not reply to & instead gave me a nasty face.
  
  Definitely will be looking for another place, but wanted to give Andrea a good review!

  I did the LPG massage with Yolanda and I was highly impressed! It felt like a combination of cupping and massage happening at the same time! I was sore from weightlifting before coming in and after the treatment my muscles are way more relaxed and I’m leaving not as sore! Definitely a huge win doing the LPG Massage along with its other benefits!
