Dr Nakano, his assistant,( I forgot her wonderful name) who was a total angel, and helped me not too worry, and handled all my concerns. A Total professional, compassionate and great at what she does.
And all the other associates were Great!
My surgery went perfect,
Timely finish, they took my nervousness away. Made sure I felt no pain.
So thankful for the Drs professionalism, skills,
and all that followes.
Likewise to everyone else.

Dr. Nakano is our family’s oral surgeon for life! I had 4 bad molars surgically Removed by Dr. Nakano months ago and he just installed 4 implants for me couple weeks ago in less than 1.5 hours, post surgery recovery was super quick and without any pain. can’t wait to get my new teeth installed and start chewing on my favorite food again!

I am a patient here and the doctor is incredibly kind and amazing. His and his staffs bedside manner are incredible as well.

I went in and had a spot assessed and biopsied and have been waiting two weeks for the results and will not get them for another week because of his offices policy to not share results over the phone. While I respect that policy I asked to be brought in immediately when the results come in. Still no call. I don’t know if I have cancer or not and the not knowing is mentally anguishing everyday. If this is the policy I understand but the doctor should also accommodate to give the results the day of or after receiving them as opposed to telling their patients just to suffer. Every medical doctor I have seen over the past two weeks has said it is awful and I feel the same way. The mental struggle of not knowing but knowing the results are in and you could is just honestly crushing on a daily basis. What is even more messed up is I received a bill from the pathology lab saying my doctor’s has my results today. It takes time for mail meaning he has known if I have had cancer or not for the past few days during the week without informing me and I had to get that information from a bill from the pathology lab before him. While I think this policy is well intentioned the result is more harmful than beneficial or at least allow the patient to choose how he or she would like to receive the information that is and should be their fundamental right to receive test results in a timely manner

Great place!! Nice and clean!! Friendly!! From the receptionists, to the assistants!! Scheduling with Marissa was the greatest experience, easy to do and was able to get in earlier than expected. Pauline was able to give me all of the details regarding the biopsy I was going to schedule. So informative. Who knew all that it entailed. the billing lady contacted my insurance to see what they covered - and was able to get an estimate faster than wind! The back office assistants are incredible, great bedside manner. Will recommend to all my peers!
