Incredibly friendly staff and DDS, Richard Bruckner. I wasn't looking forward to having my wisdom teeth pulled but after my consult appointment, I'm much less worried. My options were given, my questions answered and this is a place I will recommend to my family.

My Mom had a tooth that was causing her a significant amount of pain and her dentist referred her to Pacific Oral Surgery. They took her in immediately for a consultation and then extracted the tooth and she is doing so much better now. The staff is all so kind and accommodating and I would highly recommend this office for any needs they supply.

Im a retired dentist that referred to Dr. Jacobs for many years, so he's also my oral surgeon. Let me start by saying he and his staff are excellent in many ways, friendly, helpful, comforting and very competent. Beyond that, the office is very welcoming, there's a warmth that I often don't experience in medical/dental offices. Highly recommended for excellent treatment and a great office staff.

Your office is very professional, and front desk ladies made me feel very relaxed and assured me that the doctor would take care of my tooth problem right away. They also asked questions about me, that helped take my mind off of why I was there and keep my blood pressure down. Overall, they all know how to be excellent professionals. How can the kind of extensive dental work I’ve had over a 9 month period be almost enjoyable? It has been, because of the amazing patient experience and care at Pacific Oral Surgery in Simi Valley. Every staff member, Dr. Bruckner, and even the facility were all outstanding. My job/career is training providers and medical staff how to deliver exceptional patient care and experience so I am hard to impress, but Dr. Bruckner and his team have done so!
