I used to love this place because of the massive color selection. However, they played the lanquage barrier card today. And when I said basic pedicure they heard upgrade pedicure another $15. The guy kept showing me a menu of upgrades and I kept saying basic pedicure which isn't on the menu. I questioned it and they communicated something in another language but didn't offer any changes. So I won't be back.

Not the best manicure I've ever gotten. A little messy and my cuticles do not look great. I messed up one of my nails getting on my shoes because no one helped me and the fix job was very sloppy. I got a basic mani/pedi and the whole time the they kept badgering me to get the more expense (triple the cost $$$) manicure. Probably not going back.

If I could give a zero I would. I have been going here for awhile and had no problems. I really liked this nail place. But the last time I went in the lady did my nails completely crooked. Two of them completely popped off for no reason and I had fungus under my nail. When I went in today to get them fixed I said I wanted all my nails removed to treat for fungus and she said she would have to charge me. She didn't even treat my fungus and then also charged me to fix the two nails that popped off because she said it wasn't her fault. She also charged me to cut my nails shorter. Their prices are expensive for basic services and they don't tell you what they are charging you for until you get up to the register and they just give you a total. They are an absolute rip off!

Well there was a good and bad.I love Andy, he is awesome and should have his own shop, if he teaches everyone the quality of nail care. I have only had a a couple of times when Andy was not availablemy nails didn't last long and my pedicure was a tragedy.Note to selfMake an appt with Andy or T

Randomly went here based on reviews while I was in town for a few days and it is literally the best set of acrylics I've had since moving to GA. From the staff to the ENDLESS options for colors and available options for nails it was great. I don't remember the name of the tech that did my nails, she was the youngest looking one there though. So nice, talkative, really took her time (without taking forever) and was super precise and neat!! I wish I didn't live three hours from here!!
