They aren't very knowledgeable of curly hair. I called to inquire as to whether or not anyone specialized in curly hair and the woman that answered just said "uhwell we all know how to cut hair". I then asked what technique they used for curly hair and again I got an "uh..". Needless to say I won't be going there. Whomever answered the phone wasn't very professional in my opinion.
