Don't know what happened with that first gal, but everyone has ALWAYS been delightful here and nails are always beautiful. Walk-ins can't always expect to be served the minute they show up, when others have standing appointments. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Way too expensive, nails don't last, staff is rude, and take way too long with their so called "walkins welcome". Won't go back.
