Exceptional breakfasts, nicely restored, not overly frilly. wifi yes / tv no - cool. Lisa and family make it - knowledgable, helpful, kind - around when you need and gone when you don't - nice. priced very fair and sooo much nicer that other area places we saw online and then drove past in person while there and went ewwh. easy access to local attractions while not being in them. nice wrap around porch. only two possible negatives - the water is well water so its got a funky smell despite being clean and pure. buy a gallon of water at a C store. also, the place is right on 22 so you hear traffic whizzing by if you are on the porch reading a book. So if your big goal is seclusion and absolute quiet this may not be the place. from our room though no noise issues. overall its a Great place with excellent management and a nice natural vibe :)
