If you ever get locked out of your house, this is THE place to call. Derek and Scott were incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. The process was super fast and left no damage on my door. They truly made a stressful situation much much better. Also, the price was incredibly reasonable (I called around) and there were no extra/hidden fees. Truly superb service!

This was an amazing experience! Derek and Scott came out and it was great start to finish. First they arrived early and they answered all of the questions o had. Friendly and professional. We had 4 locks re-keyed and they were prompt with everything that needed to be done. It was obvious that they were knowledgeable and cared about doing a quality job. If you need your keys and locks changed on your house this is the place. Thank you!

This is a great place to go if you need an additional car key. He cut my key for $13 and programmed it for $60. This is far cheaper than what the dealer would charge. thanks, it works great!!!

Super Fast. I called initially at 1:10 pm. The guy got here in like 30 minutes and was done in less than 20 minutes. My whole service was done by 2:05 pm.

I had them come out cause I lost the transponder key that starts the car. All I had was a metal key that opened the door but doesn't start the car. They made my first key for about the same price as other locksmiths that I called, but gave me a deal on the second key.

Derek was the tech that came and like I said, he was super fast and a nice dude.
Replacing car keys is an expensive thing to do. These guys gave me GOOD service at a little bit of a better price than the other places.

Andy came out to re-key a lock and explained the process to me. He was very pleasant and professional and it was done in no time. The week before Shabi made duplicates of an office key for me. He also was very personable and arranged to send Andy for the re-keying today. Wonderful business and I highly recommend them! I will use them again when I need their services.

Great experience, the dealer wanted a fortune to cut a new key for my 06 Honda. They were able to cut two keys and reuse the existing fob and chip. Saved me a lot of money. Thanks Snap & Crack.

I had a poor experience with Snap & Crack Locksmith. On Monday (Oct 2, 2017) I called their Worthington store as it was the closest (20 minutes). I asked if they could make a duplicate Honda key. After providing the year and model they indicated yes, and provided the cost which was reasonable. Communications was difficult as the locksmith person barely spoke English.

On Tue (Oct 3, 2017) I arrived at the Worthington store, only to find a vacant storefront. I called the listed telephone number and was informed that this key could only be duplicated in their Whitehall store (another 20 minutes away). I sarcastically asked this English-speaking person if the Whitehall store was open today—and he indicated, yes it is.
When arriving at the Whitehall store I was greeted with a locked door and a sign saying be back in 20 minutes. After waiting 25 minutes I left—never to return!

Being one of the only locksmiths in Columbus, this business is their to lose—and they are doing a fine job of that.

Great Job! Contacted Snap & Crack Locksmith to open my door at my house. The guy was very fast getting to my house. He charged me exactly what he quoted me on the phone. Got me into my house fast and did not have to get a new lock.
Called another locksmith 1st and they quoted me a price over the phone but when they got to my house they came up with some outrageous price different from the quote.
