Nice that's it's close by when you have to do a quick emergency fix on the house.

Depends on who's working. Listened to the old guy be rude with the person in front of me for no reason (about a rental truck) and then refuse to let me exchange a bottle of oil for a different weight because I didn't have a receipt, it's Ace branded oil. Lost my business over a $2 bottle of chainsaw oil, too many places in town to be treated like that.

I have never had a positive experience at this Ace. The people have always been terribly rude and the prices are OUTRAGEOUS! Everything in the store must be laced with gold. They don't care about helping you as they say in their slogan "ace the helpful hardware place". They care about stealing every drop of your hard earned money on their over priced crap. $7.99 for a roll of packing tape that doesn't work. $15.99 for window film that doesn't work, $9.99 for a 1x4 that's warpedThe quality of their products is terrible. I pray every day for a lowes or Home Depot to come to Delaware.
