Update 12/19/2017:
Service was horribly slow today for lunch. extremely slow. From order to food delivery took 45 minutes. It was not a busy day. Nobody checked on us during our visit. No silverware was provided until minutes after the food was delivered. The food was not hot. From observation, we were not the only ones with an issue.

The quality of service has gone down and the speed of service has slowed significantly over the past 6 months. My coworkers and I will usually visit here for lunch during the week.
I have both experienced and witnessed a long wait just to get a table, waiting for the first waitstaff visit to the table, almost always fogetting to supply the lunch menu, and the long wait for food.
The food itself is usually of good quality, temperature, and quantity. Accuracy of orders are pretty good as well.
One clear observation is the high and fast waitstaff turnover. The past several years had a good, consistant staff providing excellent service. No longer.
Our group did ask a waitstaff member (who no longer works there) what happened to the old waitstaff and level of service. She clearly indicated problems/conflict with management.
We still eat here, just less often.response / report this review -

Used to be a good place to hangout and watch a game but no longer. They will now refuse to put the sound on any game and during NFL Sunday you will have to listen to the God awful music they play. The place is pretty much a ghost town on Sunday’s now since all the changes.

Great food and amazing service. The fish and chip wasn't how quality so they gave us another menu to choose another meal. They didn't want to give us bad food, so that made us feel special. They didn't charge us for our drinks or the replacement meal so that was absolutely amazing!

Went for lunch, place was empty and service was very slow. I had the ribs which were delicious. My husband had the tacos which he said the meat was very chewy and hard to eat. He ended up not eating much. What turned me off was how dirty the place was. Not going back.

The hostess/waitress was the best. I feel that can set the tone of the entire experience. The food just topped it off. The wings tasted delicious. Wanted to go back the next day, but that would've been greedy. 🙂

One of the few places in the area that is open really late (that isn't fast food). Their menu has a decent variety, the prices are good, and there is rarely a wait, at least at the times I go. I'm pretty much always happy with my visit here.

Ribs weren't "fall off the bone good" and the price seemed a bit steep for what we got and the quality but the food was good. I think local BBQ restaurants may do a better job at a more competitive price . Plus my draft Sam Dams Octoberfest was warm. The rewards program does help a bit lessen the expensiveness.

Tuesday August 22 & I just read the review from the customer who sat near me at the bar. I overheard him say he was going to post a bad review. I am a frequent customer and the service is always excellent at the bar. Casey, Roy & Caitlin always rock it!!! Tonight it was Caitlyn and Kelly and both provided entertainment and excellent service. I always feel welcome there by the staff. This patron at the bar tonight complained about everything - he seemed miserable from the time he sat down - pity that these cowards feel the poison pen is their power rather than asking to see a manager and to the Smokey Bones crew (especially the bartenders) keep doing what you do - Amazing cocktails amazing service and knowing everyone by name!!!! Rock On!!!

The onion rings were DELISH, second to none! A thick piece of onion cooked perfectly and the batter was crispy but light. The buffalo chicken sandwich was very good and the pulled pork sammy was decent. LOVED the fries!! Kelly was super pleasant and friendly! The wait time was longer than would have liked. Will probably return. Just will make sure we have the time to wait.

Smokey Bones is a lively and large venue for the delicious carnivorous fare! They also offer fish, chicken and vegetarian options. Great selections of beer, margaritas, and other cocktails. Staff are eager to please and a cheerful group. Always enjoy my visits here immensely!💙

So when we got here I thought it would be a good restaurant that I could go once a week, but no. When I got there I was sat down in 5 minutes and that was good but then when we ordered a APP we had to wait 25 MINUTES!!! Then we thought it was a whole bunch of sketch but it gets better. WHEN WE GOT THE ACTUAL FOOD WHICH TOOK 2 HOURS AND THERE WAS AN OCEAN OF GREASE AND IT WAS HORRIBLE!! MY BROTHER GOT A BURGER ,TOOK 2 bites and lost his frickin appetite!!Never coming here again the worst grease filled place I've been to. Lastly do not let me see my god damn food sitting right in front of me waiting for the waitress to deliver it for 20 minutes. I AM SO HEATED AND SALTY RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Arrived at 2:00 pm Sunday.Was told there was a 5-10 minutes wait to get seated. Waited 1/2 hour before being seated. Our server "Tara" or "Cara" was rubbing her nose and playing with her hair all the time. Asked for sugar 3 times before she brought it. Over priced table grille $30 for a few wings , chicken strips, ribs, onions, peppers, fries and steak bits. I think management should be aware of how their employees are doing their jobs.Also none of the female servers had their hair up. Not very sanitary. I definitely won't be back there.
