I always shop at Smith's, have been since they were in the mall. Always great service, no matter how many pairs I try on to get the right fit. Their rewards program is great too!

Locally owned, great selection and best service (nice to have an actual knowledgeable person helping you) makes Smith's my shoe store and now with their new website I can even buy from them when I am unable to make back to btown.

Excellent store. I often have to get shoes ordered due to having large feet and they always do so happily and without a commitment on my part to buy until I've tried them on. This makes them consistently my first choice for shoe shopping.
