I needed a tile scraper at the last minute when the one I picked up from another rental place couldn't scrape plaque off a tooth. I walked in, picked one up with two brand-new blades, and left with a perfectly tuned up model that worked like a champ. Friendly, knowledgeable staff made it a well rounded experience. Thanks guys!

Coolest, most friendly place to rent just about anything!!! Awesome staff, auper helpful and polite. The delivery team they have is just amazing, no matter how many last minute changes i have, they are super calm, polite, and accomodating. Just an all around awesome experience, i would recommend them to anybody needing to rent anything!!!!!!

I had my wedding Oct 2, 2010 and at the last minutue I needed tables and chairs. I didnt have extra to pay for them to deliver, but when I got there to pick them up they were very helpful and loaded all of them. I didnt have to do anything! And they were all very polite!

I rented a sod cutter and a tiller to take make some gardens in my yard. I paid extra to have these items delivered. The sod cutter wouldn't work so I called them. They sent someone out who couldnt get it to work either. I couldnt use the tiller because the sod had to be removed or I would be tilling the grass into the garden areas. I was told by the guy who came to look at the equipment that I would get my money back less the delivery fee. When I called the store they didn't have another tiller to offer me and the most that they would do was to reduce the bill by 1/2. He acted like he was really cutting me a break.

Even after I was completely livid over this experience I gave them another chance out of pure desperation when I needed a piece of equipment that I coudln't find anywhere else. It was junk too. This place is a rip off and everyone should steer clear of it.
