Smiths has a full selection of produce and bakery items. Great customer service staff.

Always a pleasure!! I love the way the meat dept. And deli are coming along. Great employees with a lot of knowledge about where they work. Great team work.

We live in Duchesne but when we travel to Salt Lake we always make a point to stop at the Smith's in Heber. Their customer service can't be beat, the meat prices are reasonable with great sales and beautiful cuts. The store is clean you can get everything from sushi to a Starbucks coffee. Their Sushi is better than the local restaurants. I always look forward to visiting them.

Beware the store manger, Nate and his girlfriend in the bakery. He will ask you to leave if you decide you want to try a few samples from the deli department for over 20 mins. How dare we make a educated purchase! Nate came up to me after a modest amount of time at the deli trying the various meats and cheeses behind the glass for the first time ever in my life. I allowed other customers to go in front of me and make their orders as I floated around the deli/bakery department. This was New Years Eve and was picking up a big order later that day so I wanted to try some stuff before I came back and got the said order. Nate told me I was taking too long and if I wasnt going to buy anything right now, I needed to leave. I am not some punk kid getting free samples. I am a 27 year old labor worker who had a expensive down jacket on at the time and was cleaned up nicely. If he treats lifelong customers like homeless people, wondering around the store, imagine he treats everyone else. This is a store manager, not some lowly employee. Kroger messed up putting this guy in charge, I feel bad for the people that are under him. Must be nice being a store manager and having a girlfriend in the bakery. She sure likes to show her "I'm dating the manager" attitude in front of customers. Other stores would call that a conflict of intrest but not at the Heber store!

Smith's has worked to really make themselves stand out and they do. They're produce and meats are good, combine that with their customer service and short wait times and you got a good store. Their stores are all similar but consistent.

I would say this store is a 4.5 🌟 store, only because it is very tight in its layout. I prefer either Springville or Orem for this reason.

The Pharmacy tech Courtney was honestly so freaking amazing. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Personable. Friendly. Took the time to help answer any questions I had. She's always so cheerful!

The best customer service around! I didn't have to ask for help, the employees offered it. I am visiting from out of town so I appreciated it. The selection is good. They had everything I needed for RV travel cooking. Our cashier was friendly and efficient.

I'm able to find everything I want at smiths. They also have great deals with the store discount card, I am able to save on gas, every time I get gas.

All the employees are always so nice, but if you have a chance one in particular is my favorite. Mike Hawk knows where everything is and is always so helpful. (No relation)

Very nice Smith's. Clean. Exterior façade is very nice. I suppose it's a try at being rustic. Gas pumps on site.
