  Had the absolute pleasure of working with Dan Williams, who is very professional and who’s expertise led to success. Dan answered any questions I had and educated me in all areas of the process. In this way I was able to feel very supported build trust and feel like a little attorney myself ! In other words reassured. Dan always kept me involved and communicated thoroughly. If you’re anything like me, maybe you don’t know much but don’t want to just be led blindly. You can trust Dan’s knowledge and trust you’ll learn along the way too. Dan’s client centered approach reinforces how instrumental you are in the process. Lastly, Dan Williams is everything you want in an attorney: trustworthy, honest, and among his noteworthy characteristics the strength of will.
  I don’t know about you, but I want somebody who’s going to fight for me, maintain poise and confidence in light of adversity. He’s skilled, knows the game and keeps it real.

  I can’t begin to tell you how professional the team at Harrell, Smith & Williams are. From the very beginning the team went above and beyond to keep me informed on every detail of my case. Ken Harris was my attorney and he fought for me when the insurance company wanted to undercut me. Ken also has very good relationships with key figures in Union County which made my case go smoothly. I highly recommend them!

  Bayard is the best attorney ever! He is extremely kind, honest and always keeps you informed with many options. Bayard will always has his a smile and is ready to help you understand the processes you may go through. He amasser any and all questions and reassures you he will do his best for you and your case. Hands down he is the best and his office team is amazing they are kind and sweet!

  I have worked with Ken Harrell for close to 20 years and I can say that without question he is an excellent trial attorney. He is passionate and always prepared and keeps his clients best interests in mind always. All of the lawyers at his firm are experienced and dedicated to their clients.
