  Mr. Zatuchni's performance and service delivery were exceptional. First, he provided me with detailed advice regarding my options. Having the benefit of this knowledge made a difficult decision, easier. Second, he made it clear that I had to choose the course that was best for me and my family. Finally, once I made a decision he executed it on my behalf in such a manner that secured a successful result. Without hesitation I would recommend him to any individual seeking advice or legal representation on an employment law issue.

  Zatuchni & Associates was highly instrumental in resolving my resent legal matter against a former employer. David was very knowledgeable in all aspect of my case in which was resolved in a satisfactorily manner. I would highly recommend this law firm in any issues of employee, employer matters.

Though an expert in this field of law and with years of real-life practical experience, he was open to collaboration in dealing with various aspects of how the case could best be handled.   I still remember the first time I met with Mr. Zatuchni, I thought to myself, "he is the first attorney who understands my case!!" I had been to see a number of attorneys before him, and had tried to explain the intricacies of my legal dilemmas over and over again with no results. Within the first few minutes of our first meeting, David Zatuchini synthesized the case intelligently, with both common sense, and knowledge of the law. I felt assured that he was both professional and competent and that I needed his help. I wasn't wrong, he was the best person for the job. My case was complicated. I wasn't an easy client but he dealt with my anxiety and my anger with poise and patience. I'm very happy he represented me. I highly recommend his his personable treatment of clients and his skilled, knowledgeable, legal services. .
