I initially received a letter from General Manager Dan Biegel that included your March Madness Sale. The letter included the information that I owned a Chevrolet Colorado and an offer to buy the Colorado. I arrived at the dealership with title for the Colorado in hand looking for a new or used Silverado. I drove home in a bright red 2013 Silverado after dealing with Dan. Satisfied, yes! Impressed with Dan, yes! Happy with the Silverado, yes! Dan not only waded through the paperwork, but took the time to show me all the electronic features such as the OnStar and Sirus radio. All my family and friends are aware of Smith Chevy in Lowell now.

They were so nice in helping my brother get a car! The process took forever but that's just buying a car I guess.
Awesome sales staff, awesome financing, awesome deals. I didn't feel like I was at a dealership which was very refreshing. They treat you like family. Couldn't be happier.
We worked with Sean to fix the problem with my car. He was very helpful and informative. I asked many questions to understand what was going on, and he answered politely. They set me up with a car while they worked on mine. They overnighted the part to make my experience fast and efficient. This was a great first repair experience!
Bad customer service! Brought my envoy in there on to get the antenna fixed and the radio fixed told me the radio was going to cost me 275$ and when I went to go pick up my car charged me 375$ so I asked them why is it a 100$ more they said they would have the parts guy call me the next day because he wasent there, never called me called them on Wednesday I talk to a guy and he didn't even offer to give the 100$ just apologized for the guy that had told me the wrong price!!! And said it wouldn't happen again didn't even offer to give me my 100$ back! Will never bring my car back here they tell you one thing and do another!!!!
Very nice time buying a car. No pressure and no hassle. Went to other dealers as soon as we walked in the door we were pressured. Here at Smith Chevy it's very relaxed no pressure a friendly environment where you enjoy shopping for that new vehicle. They talk to you like they are old friends not pressuring you to buy. We just got a new 2017 Tahoe and we will be going back next year to buy a car from Smith Chevy. And we will be using Kim Paulauski for our salesperson ( she does know what she talking about ) .
We have to say everyone at Smith Chevy is friendly and goes out of they're way to make you feel comfortable like you've known them a long time. Yes I would send all my friends there and we got to say go see for yourself.

Excellent service. Takes care of all the details no matter how small! Car buying is fun and painless, the way it ought to be.
My father who is 80 years old took his Equinox to get an oil change and tire rotation while he was waiting the service advisor told him he had to replace the lug nuts because they were rounded off. I have 2 issues;
#1 the lug nuts were not damaged or deformed
#2 the amount quoted to replace was approx $300 dollars. Lug nuts should cost 30-40 dollars for a set, not 15 dollars each.
Management needs to review his RO's and make sure he is not padding them with snake oil. My dad has been going to Smith for years and having all his service done. With this one bad experience he is looking for a new store to take his car for service. I'm sure Smith is a good Chevy store, but it only takes one person being unethical to erode the customer base, they have lost one service customer to Circle GMC.
Smith Motors located the truck we were looking for and gave our company a fair deal on the unit. Financing was arranged without any undue paperwork burden. Delivery of the unit was seamless. Great Service!
