  The staff is amazing!!! Very helpful and actually care about your pets!!! You know this time of year it's Christmas just got over Thanksgiving when my dog got into a fight he got beat up pretty bad close to $700 worth of damage on top of 500 and something to get him out of animal control they were very helpful gave us multiple ways to try to help our family pet and even try multiple ways of payments that we could handle at this time of year Smith's animal hospital is an amazing place

  We had an appointment to have our Pug put to sleep due to failng health. The technitian at Smith's was really nice. They bring in a cart that has dog treats, kibble, peanut butter, that pasteurized cheese in a spray can, KONG treat goop and Hershey's kissess "because no dog should go to heaven without tasting chocolate".

  this was a few months ago. i called because my cat was in labor and was having complications, they told me to bring her in. she ended up losing a lot of blood, and the only options they gave me were to put her down or to drive to atlanta to try and get a blood fusion. i ended up having to put her down, and the bill in total was almost $400. i finally checked over the bill and saw that i was charged for a pregnancy check, almost $100, for my cat that was in ACTIVE LABOR. will never bring my animals here again.

  I love visiting the Smith Animal Hospital they really welcome u and they make sure me and my baby Ms.Jazzie are comfortable if Jazzie have an appointment they will call,text or email me the Dr's, Nurse's, Front Desk Workers always have a smile on their faces so I thank you all.

  I took my puppy up there for her second visit, we saw a different vet this time (older woman) who scolded me, saying I was feeding my dog enough and told me to feed her 4x what I've been feeding her (my dog food recommends 2-2.5 cups a day which is what she was getting) so we go home and I do what she says feeding her 2 cups and then another cup at bed time instead of two. She's been sick all night and started throwing up blood this morning. I call the vet and they said they'll let me know what to do, they never called, I called up there after an hour and no one will answer my phone call.
  Not our first bad experience, if they want to go home early instead of helping your pet, they're going to do that.
  Horrible place would not reccomend unless you want bad advice/care and no service.
