Everything went smooth. Daniel and the team were honest and gave the best advice needed. My engine needed to be replaced and they did a great job. It was done sooner than they expected and kept me in the loop. Definitely would use them again.

I don’t even know what to say. I brought my car in for overheating, which they found out was just a loose clamp on a hose, and to get my suspension fixed. A week later I finally get my car back only for them to tell me the alignment isn’t 100% but it didn’t lean, (they did say to bring it back in for that) but my husband drove it home only to find it leaning to one side way harder than the guy said it would, one of my tires is 12 pounds too low and they took my radiator cap, and never put it back on so my car was smoking and is out of fluid by the time I got home. We basically just wasted 3,000 dollars and a week of time. I’m very upset at the whole situation. Regardless if they fix it or not that leaves a really bad taste in my mouth. I just wanted my car fixed and gotten back to me and I feel like it’s never going to end.

I had a wonderful experience with this shop! I went in for a state vehicle inspection. They were courteous, honest, and made you feel like a friend. The shop lounge was clean, as well as the shop itself, which is a lovely change from the expected. Shane is a great person, always available for advice or to help. They have definitely earned themselves a customer for life!

Just picked up our Outback from a major repair.
Libby kept me informed and was very professional.
I must say for a first time customer, I’m impressed!
Getting major work on your car done is never fun OR cheap, but you get what you pay for.
360° was recommended by PHP, our European car shop.
I was lost not knowing where to take the Subaru because everyone was so busy and iffy on what kind of job they would do.
360° got out 2012 Outback running like a new car and did it in a reasonable amount of time for as much as was wrong with it.
Their service tech was knowledgeable and swift and thorough in finding all that was wrong and fixing the problems.
I won’t hesitate to take it back to them.
Also they gave us a 36,000 mile / 3 year warranty on the repairs done! Thanks guys!response / report this review -

I had my brakes serviced and pads changed today. I can honestly say that if I ever need service done on my BMW, this is where I will go! They got me right in at the time of my appointment, kept me up to date on what was wrong with my brakes and how long it would take to finish the job. Actually showed me pictures of the worn areas, as well as the worn pieces that had been removed. They located parts locally and had me in and out faster than, for cheaper, than I was expecting! Then to top it all off, they had a box of chocolates from the local candy shop! The waiting room is clean and the staff very friendly. Thanks so much 360 Auto!!
