I’ve called twice and was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. I guess they are too big now to care.

We have used this facility numerous times. Most recently for my mother. The staff is always very caring and congenial make sure they know everyone's names. They have always been very helpful and or answer any questions that you may have.

In this time of Covid pandemic, when families have lack of support, lack of space, lack of time, it is very important that everything else is well done. My son in laws prayer cards were not available for the visitation. There was a sign indicating the time for the funeral Mass at 9:30 the next morning. It started at 9. It was pouring down rain and although seats were set up at the cemetery, there was no canopy, so everything was wet. The grave side service had to be rushed because there were no provisions to keep the family dry. I was so disappointed for this family. I expected much better service.

A warning to those who sign up for automatic floral placements - for 2 years Baue Flower Shop has accepted payment for quarterly arrangements and not placed them. I live out of state and know this only because I have friends and family nearby able to check for me. When I questioned the shop, I was told that "the pages were stuck together and overlooked" that they were sorry and would send pictures the following year showing the arrangements placed. This happened 1 time right after my call. No other arrangements were ever placed, despite a letter I received this month stating "I am writing to let you know that we have personally placed the final premium silk floral arrangement" and asking me to send payment again to continue this quarterly service. Nothing was placed prior to the letter being sent. A nice way for Baue to make some extra cash and steal from those out of town..

Recently attended the viewing and funeral of my uncle who was a veteran. I was very impressed with everything. Some family and friends sent plants and other items for family to take home and they didn't even have to go to the funeral home to pick them up after the service. Bauer delivered the items to the residents. I was very impressed. They even had a flower and gift shop. I could continue on and on but I'm not.
