I have been a long time and loyal client for many years, but I must say the service and treatment I received today was downright degrading and deplorable… the staff confirmed my Saturday noon appointment about 7 times via phone calls and text messages. When I arrived after driving one hour as I recently moved, I announced who I was and that I was there for my cleaning. At which point the staff told me I am not on the schedule. I was completely baffled because I had 7 confirmations including text messages to prove that I had an appointment. I was then kept waiting for one hour with no explanation. Soon after, one of the staff members comes out from behind the desk to tell me that the hygienist will not do my cleaning. When I told the staff that I’m sure Dr. Calian would not appreciate them treating me this way, I was told that she no longer owns the business and it was bought by a large company. The staff member Joan, who arranged my appointment should have told me that I need to pay for my appointment at the time of scheduling, because then I never would have wasted my time and money driving to get my cleaning. Dr. Calian and Smile Design have now lost a long time client..

Absolutely love everyone at Smile Design!! From the moment I walk in the door, I'm made to feel so comfortable. Everyone (front desk, hygienists, office) are genuinely happy in their work. ♥️

Fannie was a very gentle and thorough Dental hygienist. Leeanne was helpful with insurance processing. Dr. Calian helped me feel comfortable with my dental procedures. The office overall was calming and kind.

I went in for my first appointment yesterday to see Dr. Stacie about getting Invisalign braces.

The staff that helped me schedule my appointment and helped me with my paperwork and with the exam itself were all so incredibly friendly and helpful (10-out-of-10: everyone was fantastic).

They were extremely accommodating helping me get an appointment time that would fit my schedule.

The office itself was clean and cozy feeling. The exam was quick and painless and all of my questions and concerns were answered. Dr Stacie was very kind, attentive and informative.

I am a person who is normally a little anxious around dental visits but everyone really made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and listened to.

A previous dentist told me not to bother with Invisalign because I wouldn't qualify or it would cause other problems with my crowns, but Dr Stacie told me that not only did I qualify, but it would be a significantly shorter time frame than I was expecting.

I did sign up for the treatment plan. I’m very excited and can’t wait to see my new smile in 14 months.

So so kind, warm and safe! I love it here and the staff make me feel right at home. Special shout-out to Yeisell who took such great care of me and walked me through my invisalign process making sure I was involved in everything! So excited to see my smile transform. Best regards!
