  Purchased a firearm over the phone from them, I live out of state, and the experience so far has been great. Phillip is the one who helped me. He was busy with a customer when I called, 15 minutes before they closed. He called me back even after they were closed. The firearm was less expensive than anywhere else, and it was in stock. This is a firearm that if you purchase directly from manufacturer it takes 60-90 days so the fact they had one in stock was fantastic. Great experience. Look forward to receiving my firearm. Thanks guys.
  
  Update: I ordered my firearm on a Monday as they were closing. I received the item by Friday that same week, out of state shipping. The product came as pictured and described. Super fast shipping. I have already recommended you guys and will be back again. Thanks again guys.

  My father recommended Nagel's. Not too bad of a selection of guns, lots of knives. Much less items than the pictures in the reviews. One of my pictures was like joke between a customer and an employee.

  Great experience. Went in with my father to purchase my first handgun, and he bought his first AR. We were helped right away by Fast Eddie. And while he was going back and forward to retrieve guns for us we were offered help maybe 5 more times. Maybe a month back I went to the the highly reviewed competition down the street and wasn't helped at all. Safe to say we'll be coming back here again. And they really do have the best prices!

  I was in the market for a Wilson Combat EDC9, and after shopping around online, I came across Nagel's. I'm in Washington state, so I had to put the utmost confidence in the description that's posted online as well as with the person I was speaking with over the phone, to ensure I was getting what I paid for. I can't recall his name, but he was courteous, professional, and super respectful. I couldn't have been happier with my purchase and it arrived to my FFL dealer promptly. It's always a nerve racking experience when making a $2500 purchase by phone, but with Nagel's, there was nothing to worry about. I got text updates, along with the ability to track online through their website. Great experience all around, and saving $500 compared to other seller's for the same model firearm was icing on the cake. I'll definitely purchase from Nagel's again.

  First time buying a handgun today and they treated me well. The transaction of purchasing my Sig Sauer P320 went smooth and I was out of there within 30 minutes. I will definitely come back to purchase more.
