Couldn't be happier with our purchase.
Andrew went above and beyond to help us find the exact flooring we were looking for.
Pricing was great, and he was in contact every step of the way. It's rare to find a business that cares about their customers as much as they do. Will happily be back when we decide to get carpeting done upstairs.

We wasted a lot of time buying lvp from the big box stores, only to get it home and find how bad it actually was and returning it, 4 different times. Glad we were recommended to Pleasant Flooring!

I used this company 3 years ago, and I got the best service ever. I forgot the name of the sales person then, but he recommended a carpet that was unique in color and I wasn't sure I wanted to try. It was and still is beautiful. It was for a rental that had been fire damaged, and I wanted something that would last. It has a higher grade than I would have chosen, but at a affordable price. It still looks great. I made a recent purchase and was again, and I am super pleased. I am making another in the next week or so. Great customer service, product, and installation. What I like most is the customer service, they are knowledgeable, and not just trying to make a quick sale, and they also send someone to re measure so there are no mistakes. (Love that). I will always come back here.

We recently purchased flooring from Pleasant Flooring. This was the best decision . We tried box stores, and were ignored and did not really see what we liked. When we became customers of Pleasant Flooring, we were offered many styles, and were treated as a valued customer.
Dan and his install crew were outstanding! They were communicative, and very respectful of our home. The quality of work that we received is unprecedented! We will be purchasing carpet for our upstairs soon, and looking forward to Dan and his crew installing. This is a great place to get floors, and installation. Don't waste your time at the box stores, Pleasant Flooring has it all! Including affordable prices.

So glad we found Pleasant Flooring! We recently moved to the area and our floors needed some work. I initially went in wanting hardwood, but when Todd showed me their selection of Luxury Vinyl and described it's benefits and durability, it was a no-brainer. Not to mention the cost, compared to hardwood, allowed me to do an extra room! We continue to get compliments on it and how it looks like really expensive hardwood. We've already gone back and picked out a fabulous carpet for a stair runner and upstairs hallway.
Todd, Ashleigh, and everyone in the store are the most friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable people. For someone like me who wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for when I went in, I felt very confident in my decision by the time I left. I was amazed at how quickly we were able to schedule installation. Both of the install teams we had out were prompt, courteous, and very thorough.
We've got more rooms that need carpet and it's so nice knowing exactly where to go when we're ready. Do yourself a favor, save some time and money, and go to Pleasant Flooring.

My experience with Pleasant Flooring was great. The first carpet that I picked out was the right size but when they unrolled it to measure had damage on the backing. They were very up front about it and called me to choose another. I selected another which they gave me at the price of the first. The installers were very personable and did a great job. They cleaned up and put all the furniture back as it was. The old carpet was cut up and left neatly by the curb. All in all a very professional job!
