Everything in room is rusted over and breakfast has very limited options. When we arrived, there were kids hanging out being loud at the door at 1130 at night, although the front desk staff was nice.

Service was fine but there were problems. Found a roach in a drawer, our AC unit leaked, the breakfast was terrible, and a maid was mad we didn't leave her money.

Carpet in room and hallway was black. I kept my flip flops on the whole time. The room smelled and was not clean. Sheets were stained and so was the tub. The staff smoked cigarettes directly outside the door.

Nice and comfy room. Wonderful staff was very helpful at check in, and breakfast was perfect. Although its not a well-known chain, I'd recommend it, especially for being pet friendly!!

Shady hotel. Go somewhere else! We got 2 rooms late at night. One of the rooms did not have a working A.C. and they brought up a fan that also did not work! They will not refund a room!
Manager Lanay was called, but told receptionist that she did not want to Talk! Manager was rude! Read other reviews, also mentions the manager.

They shipped my backpacks I left in a box so big that it was open by the time it got to me and the contents were almost completely gone. Of course it's not the hotel's fault. It was just disability paperwork nothing important

Location was good, but the room was not cleaned very well and smelled absolutely disgusting. Continental breakfast was alright. Good enough if you're only passing through and staying for one night. Any longer, go somewhere else.

The room was clean and neat it was a really reasonable price didn't get to stay for the breakfast but they had one and it looked awesome it had a swimming pool we were able to get our semi in the parking lot lots of places to eat around the hotel

Hotel with very basic amenities. Quick access to I-95. Good amount of restaurants nearby. Rooms aren't that great, neither is breakfast. But if you want a decent place to sleep that is cheap, then this place is for you.

Horrible. Room had roaches. The manager was rude and outright obnoxious. When we complained about the roaches, she became belligerent and insisted we leave. Did not offer any compensation. DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

The night before we stayed in a Sleep Inn in Clintwood Va. Good as ANY Holiday Inn. Then we stayed in this place. Worn out beds, linen, crappy breakfast, plugged drains, fans don't work, smelled bad ect, ect, ect.
