Unwelcoming vibes when registering at night (bulletproof glass, no nametag on employee, no explanation for the heightened security)

Standard, but they did extreamly well. Very clean, newly remodeled, friendly day shift staff. All the standard amenities with the charm of a small town. We will return for the waterfront park.

cheap old ac units , slightly sketchy looking, every looks cheap. damaged ceiling due to water damage, bathroom light connected to really loud fan, electrical outlet in weird spots and not enough. in one of the few outlets was a broken piece of metal of a chargers. the doors don't have insulation so light shines through them all night. ceilings are thin combined with hardwood floors turns into loud neighbors. clean beds though I think

Very clean, reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and quick to write down directions to local eateries and landmarks. Even though it is not new, it has little updates and very clean.

The gentlemen at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. The room is not fancy and a little dated, but it is comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay. The suite is certainly a must upgrade. Wonderful staff and clean rooms make for a pleasant stay. The only down side to my stay was the matress. Felt like an old box spring and was a little uncomfortable. Other than that? Awesome stay!

Rooms were very nice. Very nice location, close to the Cumberland Ferry docks, which were very pretty decorated with Christmas lights. Breakfast was pretty standard hotel breakfast but I was satisfied either way. The front desk staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
