This was a horrible night in room 309! I did hear the pipes banging every 45 - 60 minutes but I thought it was the water pipes from people talking showers. I never turned the heat on in my room. I wish now that I requested another room. You can also hear the traffic but if I was able to sleep, I may not be able to hear it! They really should not have people stay in this room!

Needed a place to sleep overnight while in town for a nearby conference. Hotel was closest to my venue, and less expensive than any other nearby alternative. Hotel staff was friendly and professional, and let me know that the entire building was smoke-free when I asked for a non- smoking room. The room was clean, with a number of unexpected in-room amenities for the price point. Cable and large screen TV, check. Mini fridge and coffee maker, check. Microwave in room was a bonus. Breakfast downstairs the next morning was nice -- ham & eggs, waffles, various breads & cereals, drinks and coffee. Check out quick and painless. Would stay again.

Great place! John at the front desk was very helpful and informative. He made us really feel welcomed. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Will definitely be going there more often when in NH.

Very clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was hot and delicious even though we got there about 20 minutes before they stopped serving it. Would definitely recommend and would stay her again.

Easy access right off the highway. Staff and service was pleasant and very helpful. The rooms are up to date and very nice and clean. There wasn't a lot of guests so it wasn't noisy. The pool and Jacuzzi were nice to relax in after a busy day. Great for kids as well.

Excellent. Better than expected. On Wednesdays they have surprises. This Wed. it was free New England Clam Chowder during evening hours. Pool and Jacuzzi were very inviting. Rooms were clean and comfortable.response / report this review -

The room was nice. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of soft pillows and blankets. The free breakfast included scrambled eggs, hash, and make your own waffles in addition to the typical cold options. The hotel is close to the highway, but the room was quiet. I enjoyed my stay.

Very quiet stay. Enjoyed it very much! Extremely peaceful and very efficient housekeeping staff. Love the make your own waffles every morning.

I found the customer service at this hotel fabulous. I have stayed at multiple hotels in the area and this was the only hotel I stayed at twice as a result of their customer experience. Keep up the good work.
