Friendly service. We had numerous reservations and they were all correct. Rooms are very best and clean. No bed bugs! Plenty of supplies. Free cookies, fruit and drinks. Small fitness space. Microwave and small fridge in room. WiFi is fast.
Everything is handicap accessible. Shuttle service available for our conference. Great value.
One room had a plumbing issue that was cleared up immediately.
TGI-Fridays is located at the bottom of the parking lot. Plenty of other food choices nearby. Walmart within a 1/4 mile. Lots of convenience.

Clean and quiet. This hotel is located near multiple restaurants and other shopping. The price is great for what you get.

Good clean hotel, good well-rounded breakfast the next morning. Oddly designed room with space shuttle shower, but it got the job done. Our only complaint was the beds were a little too firm, and very limited King-size beds available.

Our room was on the first floor, at the back and had a queen size bed. The room was handy to the main entrance, bed was great, shower was neat and the room was quiet. The location was within walking distance to the North side of Penn State campus and several restaurants were within two blocks. The front desk replaced our misplaced room cards with no problem whatsoever. For two people it would have been nice to have more than one chair. Would definitely stay there again.

Very pleased with the hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the shower was great. I was disappointed in the breakfast. It was just okay. I would stay here again.

Spent a week there for work as did 4 of my employees. No one had a single complaint. Breakfast if fee and not bad for free. They also put out cookies in the afternoon.

The room clearly stated it was to sleep 3 people. When we checked in the attendant stated all the roll-aways were taken. Where was the 3rd person to sleep? We needed to go to Walmart and buy a blow up mattress. At midnight. The front desk was not very helpful or understanding .

At the very least I feel we should have been compensated for the price of the mattress. In hindsight I should have chosen a different hotel! We have another few years in which we will be visiting Penn State. I do not think this hotel will be an option in the future for our family unfortunately.

My husband and I stayed at Sleep Inn for 4 nights while attending a conference in the area. The staff were so friendly and accomodating, giving us recommendations for good places to eat etc The room was clean and spacious with lots of room to store our stuff for the longer stay. The bed was very comfortable. No complaints here!

My wife and I stayed in a room on the second floor with a single queen sized bed for 4 nights. It was located nice and close to a number of chain restaurants and a walmart. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions about the area. The room was a decent size and had a mini fridge and was clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were surprisingly fluffy and didn't flatten out overnight. The room unfortunately did have a slight dirty diaper smell which we only noticed when reentering the room after being out for the day. The breakfast was typical with a waffle maker, sausage links, and egg patties as the warm server items. The cookies at the front desk were also a common pit stop for myself, as they were delicious.

The room was cute and comfortable. Missing shower gel, q tips and shower cap. Would suggest adding those to the rooms. Otherwise our stay was quite pleasant! The staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Location was good, close to campus. Room was nice, bed comfy, shower was great. Good water pressure. Only complaint would be that we called front desk around midnight. We wanted some extra towels, they wanted us to come get them. I guess it was kinda late, but I have never had to get my own stuff before. Overall very good experience. Would recommend to a friend.
