This post will sound like I am SJPS biggest hype girl but it is all true.
I had breast augmentation and lift by Dr. Sailon a year ago. Every single step of the way he was professional, kind, and made sure to ask/answer every single question imaginable. Post-op he was a God send and eased every anxious moment I had about bandages, scars, ect. I am grateful for him and the amazing work he has done, I've even had people shocked to find out I've had work done because the scar healed so well.
SJPS is also home to the amazing Kate. I've had Botox done by Kate and when I say she is AMAZING, whew. She told me everything that could happen and gave me a very through run down of every single step. She also answered a question I had a day or two later after my injections without hesitation.
The staff are kind and intelligent. I am so happy to have found this place. If you are considering anything they offer run, don't walk.
Oh! Their anesthesiologist is also absolutely amazing too. Seriously, the best staff in the world.
Dr. Jablonka did such a great job. I had to wait just over 2 years for this surgery and I'm so happy with the results. He is so polite and welcoming which helps greatly when you're nervous. Everything went smoothly from pre op, operation and post op. The nurses and office staff are just as welcoming. Just an all around great office.
I was referred to Dr. Sailon after diagnosis of two different primary breast cancers. He was so patient and kind explaining all aspects of reconstruction and quickly made room in his schedule to perform expanders placed at the same time my breast surgeon removed my breasts. At all my follow up appointments he made sure I understood everything and I never felt rushed and he has a fantastic sense of humor. My post surgical pathology changed the course of treatment and because of my treatment Dr. Sailon did not recommend me having implant reconstruction and referred me to see Dr. Jablonka.
Dr. Jablonka carefully explained the reconstruction technique, DIEP Flap, he was recommending and detailed why implants might not be a long lasting alternative for me. He performed the bilateral DIEP Flap reconstruction and it is truly amazing how well the procedure went. The surgery was about 10 hrs long but he took all the time to make sure it was right. I am amazed how all those involved in my surgery and post surgery treated me from the beginning. Also a big shout out to Liz. She's fantastic too. I'm so pleased my breast surgeon referred me to these fantastic doctors and thankful our area has access. They are truly masters of their craft and also genuinely care for patients.
I was a 33-year-old breast cancer thriver seeking a third opinion about reconstruction. I desired a DIEP flap surgery more than anything. Dr. Jablonka was referred to me by one of my Here for The Girls sisters who recently had surgery and spoke very highly of him. I called immediately and was seen the following week. Upon arrival I was greeted quickly and marveled at the relaxing waiting room. It wasn’t long before I was called back for my consultation. In the consultation room the intake nurse actively listened while I expressed by journey to this decision. I was diagnosed at 28 years old with triple positive breast cancer that warranted chemotherapy and radiation. The only option I felt in control of was reconstruction but that was taken when no one locally could perform surgery to use my own tissue to reconstruct my breast. I settled with implants but longed for the aforementioned. Certainly I could have gone elsewhere or settled for a less experience surgeon but being a single mother could not afford either options. Enters Dr.Jablonka with unequivocal confidence, kindness, honesty, and full transparency. I felt certain this was my doctor and to make matters even better they had an opening in two weeks!  I had been waiting on this surgery for four years and it was finally happening.  Or so I thought. Unfortunately, my insurance denied the surgery the day of.  I was in total disbelief. Notheless, his team assured me they would do whatever they could to get me back on the books to have the surgery completed. Additionally, I was encouraged to contact my insurance directly and express my desire for the procedure. Not a day went by without me calling my insurance Optima (CCP). Countless hours on hold and pleading for what I truly felt was best for me. I was approved and denied two additional time before finally having the procedure. All the while Dr.Jablonka teamed continued to encourage me and provide positive feedback.  I am soo happy and blessed that they took care of me and completed my final step in my breast cancer journey. They exceeded my expectations in so many ways not to include cosmetics. I wake up every day with a smile knowing I have my own breast tissue replacing the cancer ridden former tissue. It feels right because it was done right.  I am truly satisfied and grateful for all SJ plastics has done for me. I highly recommend.
The doctors and team at SJ Plastic Surgery are the absolute best!! I’ve been a patient of Dr Sailon’s for about 6 months for breast reconstruction due to cancer. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. He is skilled, kind, thoughtful, compassionate and has the best sense of humor! It’s been a difficult year but he and his team are the bright side of an otherwise challenging journey! I would recommend him to any friend or family member that desires cosmetic improvements or needs reconstruction!
